MANAGEMENT : Jackie and Brian are accommodating, reliable and efficient : all requests are attended to within a reasonable time frame UNIT : bright, open concept : high ceilings : laminated flooring BUILDING, GROUNDS, & UNDER GROUND PARKING : landscaping very well attended to both in winter and summer : clean : secure : due to social distancing , reinstating of access to building from alternate door would eliminate congestion in main entrance at various times of the day COMMUNITY : close to walking/biking trails : close probity to shopping and medical clinics

As a pensioner this Covid has been hard I thank God every day that I can afford my apartment it has helped me so much to not have been stressed with a huge increase in rent. Thank you Real Star.
J	Jacqueline O'soup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived at Beacon Heights for over three years before moving to experience inner city living. The apartment building is exceptionally well maintained. There are always flowers during the summer and the lawn is nice and green. The inside of the apartment is nice and clean. There are granite countertops and matching appliances which I appreciate. The layout is nice as well with each bedroom located on either side of the living room (two bedroom/two bathroom layout). The management team are friendly, funny and are prompt with any issues. There was an awesome promotion for free internet when we leased. Underground parking is available here but be sure to sign up before winter when it gets full. I would recommend an apartment that does not face inside the complex if you are sensitive to noise and are still sleeping after 8am. The noise is only on garbage days and when the snow blower is out. Other than that the apartment is reasonably quiet. Neighbours are friendly but also respect your privacy.

We always received prompt attention from Jackie when we had a concern. Jackie was very accommodating of any requests or help we needed. Its a very convenient place to live, so close to Beacon Hill shopping center. We had no complaints about living at Beacon Heights.
A	A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -The up/down noise control is non-existent (the underlay was meant for carpet) so if you don’t get a top floor unit, and you end up with noisy people above you, prepare for total misery. -No storage units provided. Good luck finding a spot for your Christmas tree! -New management doesn’t respect physical distancing or other people’s personal space while covid is still ongoing, and in typical Alberta fashion, Realstar responded to my concern in defence of not wearing masks. ? They missed the entire essence of my complaint. And they’d rather defend poor management practices over their own paying clients. I recommend renting elsewhere, from a non-Realstar company. This has been a terrible overall experience.

Suite and building very well cared for, clean and quiet. Everything promised was delivered. We will enjoy living here.

Realstar has done a fantastic job looking after the property, and you can see they take pride in their complex. Brian and Jackie are awesome they are always quick to address my needs and they are a hard working couple and if they get bonuses they deserve one ten fold. I love they way Jackie decorates for all occasions in the lobby area, it makes for a nice welcoming appearance. They keep the area very clean and you can tell they take pride in making sure things are kept clean. I absolutely love living here.
