โ โ โ โ โ Terrible management, the pool renovation takes from Spring end of Feb till whole summer. Now it is towards September and it is still no accessible. What is wrong with those people? The only answer is corruption.

โ โ โ โ โ I lived here before I got my house, back in 2007. Very good location, close to schools and shopping, that's why I stayed in Edgemont area.
I had nothing but good experience here.

โ โ โ โ โ I lived in this dump. On night one we realized there was a rodent problem. Upon reporting this to the less than helpful girls at the main office they offered mice traps.....great fix ladies. Wow!
We ended up having to call Alberta health. Then the management team took action but never did resolve the problem. Lazy and inept.
We were then told that the people who own the apartment we were renting (which we were unaware of) were selling. They then attempted to parade potential buyers through whenever they felt fit.
Very much a third rate organization. The "pool" they advertise was rarely up and running. The hot tube was just gross. Wouldn't even consider getting in it. And the "gym" was more of a fitness museum.
Keep looking. I know first hand there are better accommodations out there.
This place is a slum.

โ โ โ โ โ I lived there for 5 yrs. great location, very accessible to the core and major roads. The area is very quiet.
My advice to whoever wants to rent is to be very critical to their move in inspection because they will when you want to move out. If you happen to get a unit with their outdated kitchen appliances, make sure they move the fridge, move the stove and check under and inside to see it it's clean because during the move out, they expect it to be clean. Make sure the blinds are clean, their outdated fire place is also clean inside out.
Make sure you mark every little stain because after 5 years they expect the place to be spotless even though it wasn't when we moved in.

โ โ โ โ โ I currently live here. Its nice. Its quite. The gym, poo,l hot tub, and steam room are great. The staff are amazing. Nosehill is in your backyard. In suite laundry. Fire place. Its clean. There is literally every grocery store within 5 minutes. Wish I could buy the unit really.

I have lived here for past 4 years and I love it. Everything is very close by, from schools to shopping to parks. The office staff i very friendly and easy to communicate with. I love the swimming pool and hot tub.
