A	April Saunders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not hesitate to recommend people to live here. The management and staff try very hard to help the tenants with any thing they require. It’s a very friendly and clean place to call home ?
Z	Zhengyi Zhou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved to here mostly because of the pet friendly neighborhood, and we were proven right. There is a lot of grass and greenery around, and it is close to nose hill, so the dogs have plenty of room to roam. Also, all payments and renewals can be done online, which is very convenient for us. We had a broken sewer pipe earlier in the year and the maintenance guy named Charlie came out to help us unclog it and fix the door lock, he was very friendly and experienced and fixed it quickly. My only complaint might be that the lease renewal fee for the second year went up compared to the previous year, but otherwise we are looking forward to our second year here with our dog.

They stopped what they were doing and took such good care of us. They were just spectacular and We are just so impressed with the customer service as well as the ladies going out of their way to assist us and answer all our questions. We immediately put in an application! Thank you both for going above and beyond !

C	Chris Stannard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough great things about the staff in the office! We haven't moved in yet, but we have signed a lease and are excited for our upcoming move in date! However, the office staff have been the nicest, most helpful out of any property I've lived at or visited. They have gone above and beyond to help us find a unit that was perfect for us. The rental market in Calgary can be very off-putting since most properties don't have to wait long to rent their units and we looked at several before we found this one. Most of the other places we talked to had staff that were mostly disinterested in helping to answer questions and in some cases were even rude. This was NOT the case at 3600, we've mostly dealt with Olivia and she is the been fantastic! Probably the best of any property staff that I've ever dealt with. We are so excited to move here and I look forward to updating this review in a couple months after we've settled in!

I called to find out about the rental options. Having spoken with numerous property management staff, Olivia stands out as the best and most helpful by far. While relocating from US to Canada can be challenging, she gave me a full picture of the place, the leasing process, community, amenities, differences between the different layouts, the neighborhood, commute options, events and talked about the important things I should be aware of. What else could you ask for? Kudos to Olivia and Weidner properties should be proud to have such an amazing staff. Best.
J	Jared Gittens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet friendly was good. Building managers are good to deal with. Had a roof leak when we first moved in. They got into a new unit right away and gave us a discount. The only issue was that it's a pet friendly neighbourhood, but we got complaints of dogs barking. So maybe better screening and organized placement of pet owners vs noise sensitive residences should be considered.
H	Hanna Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came by to view the property on Friday. The suites look well kept, and its nice to see and hear about the renovations they are currently working on. Really seems like staff cares there, staff was also incredibly friendly and warm, as are people who live there. Not to mention all amenities are close by and it is a well developed community. Love the way the property looks with the large trees and well kept lawns.
