Everything started great with the old property manager but since the company/building was bought out by Killam REIT the level of customer service has greatly depreciated to say the least.
We have moved out over one month ago and still have not received our damage deposit back ( Move out date June 29th with a perfect score on our form). With constant communication of management saying " we will find out" yet never received a call back once after talking with 4 different individuals.
As a young couple just starting off with two deposits now out because a large corporation cannot find our check and a property manager who doesn't care, is a very sad realization of how companies operate in 2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved from Treo and absolutely loved my stay there. The Resident Manager, Lydia is amazing and always responded to my queries in a timeous manner even after I had moved. The building is family and pet friendly and always in impeccable order.I would definitely recommend this complex to friends & family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it here! We're in a small unit but it is very efficiently organized. The unit was squeaky clean when we came in. Plus, we're next to a big open field in the front and a big open area with a pond out back. Lots of green space and right beside a couple trails which is great for walking, biking, and a dog. We searched a lot of places in Calgary and this one comes out top if you like being out of downtown, greenspace, cleanliness, and price.
Most importantly, management here being Lydia and Amy have been extremely helpful, responsive, and fast when we've asked for help on anything. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an enjoyable quiet spot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in the apartment for over 1 year and the management of the apartment was fantastic, quick in resolving any issues and they were always willing to assist.
I would give a special recommendation and thanks to the Managers (Chidiebere Oleh and Patricia Lennon), they put a human face to my issue and went way the extra mile in resolving it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing property management, always there to help you. The units are more spacious compared to a lot of the newer apartment buildings in the new NW communities. They paint the apartments before a new tenant comes and and they clean it sparkling clean. On top of that, I got a full return of my security deposit when I left.

As a former property manager, I was very happy with the level of expertise and professionalism.
They were very accommodating to pretty much anything we asked.
Trish is great to work with, knowledgeable, helpful, people friendly and effective.
Everyone from the people who clean the building, all the office staff and the contractors were good to us.
And the Pond - we truly enjoyed the comings and goings of wildlife.
