(Within a few hours) and we had a repairman in to fix it two days later. No hassles or issues, the team here is super responsive and very helpful.

She even comes to the office when she's not working if you need her help. There is so much to say about her but I'll keep it short. She is just great and a wonderful person. A	Aryam Livermore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I continue to have several issues with this building management company. Our laundry machine has been out of order for over 3weeks now. The building management sent a maintenance guy once and we were informed that a spare part would be replaced. We have not been able to receive any other updates concerning this problem yet. Building manager is hard to contact. She barely responds to emails or follow-up texts. Yet, as tenants we are expected to pay rent on time and in full. The rent agreement with the building management includes laundry services, and now because we have been out for 3weeks with no inhouse laundry services, we must get our laundry washed outside. The pandemic has already affected every one of us beyond measure in this province. You would expect corporations and businesses would appreciate what their customers/clients are going through. This is a building I would not recommend for anyone to live in. No respect whatsoever for tenants’ rights. I dare to say this building management behaviour is a clear violation of our basic need of decent shelter. I will not stop reaching out to Killamreit company until my voice is heard. This is not an acceptable behaviour. I will be attaching the conversations we have had with the manager Danielle.
A	Agustina Strich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amy made the moving process feel like a breeze, she made a hard time feel peaceful and went out of her way to make the whole experience as stress-free and as enjoyable as possible. She is incredibly accomodating and the nicest, sweetest and most caring person we met through our process. Making the decision to move in was an easy one thanks to her. We feel safe and cared for in our new place. Thank you so much Amy, words cannot describe how grateful we are for you.
W	W Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living in here is not the worst, but there is a huge lack of building management. They switched building managers in November and this new one has done nothing so far. She does not keep track or reply to her emails. The only way to get her attention is to go to the office, which a person who works full time can never do. There is no more yoga studio as opposed to advertised on their website, just a tiny little Walmart standing mirror that is barely wide enough for the average human being. The buzzers have not been updated in 3 months despite multiple times being assured they would be. I am truly disappointed that the issues I brought up 3 months ago have not been addressed. Edited to add: A new building manager has promptly addressed my concerns. Thank you Patricia for your attention to detail.
B	Brady Devine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verry nice units , but don’t move here if you have a dog everyone in the building is terrified of them , parking is a mess , unless you get underground spots you will have a hard time finding parking or have to walk far to your car .. 5 or more good people I have met throughout the building have had there bikes stolen or property from the underground, no air conditioners in units so it is always uncomfortably hot winter and summer , the system they have for garbage day is Verry loud shakes the whole building for about 45 mins as they drag garbage bins threw the middle of the parking lot past all the buildings , since the buildings are made of wood you can hear everything above and to the side of you , in the winter you will find homeless people sleeping in the lobby of stairwells !!! Have seen the security guard sleeping in his car ? it’s a shame because units are Very cozy and nice other then everything being built to fast and not the best build quality , I was very exited to move into my unit and have now been disappointed the past year , I would search longer before moving in here !!!!

My 2 year old and 9 month pregnant wife went with out power because Amy(manager) did not want to look for the keys to the electrical room. They leave garbage bins in front of or building all night every week. All the appliances have nothing but problems as they are really cheap. We have had ours repaired 3 times. Many others have had the same problem. It was so out of control they couldn’t keep track who still needed help with repairs to their appliances. One of the doors was locked and a maintenance guy just walked in with no notice and put the cloths on the floor. There is not even close to enough parking stalls for everyone in the building. No security properly installed, many excess points were criminals have broken into the building. We’ve tried working with them but they couldn’t care less. Don’t move here, way to many problems new building and very inexperienced staffed from top to bottom
