R	Ron Richardson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have literally phoned so many times I've lost track, have also emailed. No one will get back to me. When looking for a place in the city and working off a deadline it is extremely frustrating to never have my phone call returned. The call center that takes the messages was extremely dismissive and rude when I stated that I had tried multiple times to get in touch with someone. I have a feeling the management here just doesn't care about me or my time.

The office was contradictory about the information they were providing between employees and they are only open in-person 3 days a week. On those 3 days the office door stays shut with the lights turned on and nobody inside. To get a hold of someone for inquiries the call goes to a "call centre" to somebody who claims to not have a clue of anything in the building and they go on to say their job is only to take messages and pass them on... with no possible way to ever connect us to someone working at this location. Was promised a large storage unit for $100/MONTH that never got built. Were shown other storage options that didn’t work for our needs so we made it clear that we didn’t want one before our first month's rent. The additional storage fee still showed up on our invoice after telling the staff in person that we will not be taking an extra storage. Made a call to the call centre and they said they will contact their accounts department, but we still received a warning at our door with a underpaid rent notice as well as an email from Sage Hill Views that we will be charged late fees for the owing rent (that we didn’t owe). Extremely disappointing.

A	Alejandra Romero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. Please do not move here. They will raise your rent even tho they tell you they won’t. They rack up additional fees for no reason. There is no communication whatsoever from the office unless when they are calling to collect for rent. Things break, we call and sent multiple emails but they don’t answer EVER. still haven’t fixed it. The beauty of the apartments is NOT worth the issues this place gives.

As I'm writing this, I can hear the upstairs neighbours walking around, opening drawers. It is horrible. My s/o complained and there was nothing done to alleviate the situation.

The only contact you are given to get ahold of anyone is a number to some call centre, the same lady always picks up. Very rude& dismissive, knows nothing about the building, I am fairly certain she’s never stepped foot on the property. You’re always told someone will be in contact with you, no one EVER calls back. Had a broken kitchen sink for over 2 weeks, called numerous times& no one would come. Finally we called again and we’re ultimately told we were “forgotten about” and they would “try and fit us in to have someone look at it” ??? You pay a fee for the underground secure parking however in the year we were there it was broken often, left wide open all night! So much for secure parking! When moving out, the day we handed our keys in a walk through with an employee was done, the unit was completely empty and deep cleaned, everything got checked off on their walk through list however once we were gone they then decided they would keep 700$ of the 900$ from our damage deposit and made up many reasons for doing so, un sure why as the checklist was completed. Very happy to be out of there and no longer dealing with their poor management.

When you are looking for an apartment- please check to see how the landlords handle other tenant's problems. Looking at their responses under other reviews have been brutal. They publicly bring up the tenant's financial issues just so they make themselves look like they are not the problem. It is extremely unprofessional. They never answer emails and during the time I was there, I had like 4 building managers because they all end up quitting.
