What an amazing experience this was! At first I was nervous and a bit scared to do a boudoir photoshoot, but it was so much fun. Vanessa really made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. At the end if it all, I felt more confident about myself and body. I think everyone should try and do this. It will make you feel amazing about yourself no doubt! Thank you Vanessa!!

I did a boudoir photo shoot with Vanessa and I seriously cannot thank her enough. It was amazing! I originally went in to get the photos as a gift for my husband and I left feeling sexy and gorgeous, and with a renewed sense of confidence - I totally got more than I bargained for. Vanessa made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I never did a shoot like this before but I can’t reccomend her enough

Such an AMAZING experience!!! Vanessa completely put me at ease from the moment I walked in the door?. She greeted me with a big hug and a “welcome Lori” sign. Felicia is a make-up queen as she kept my look natural but beautiful. The whole experience was very empowering and I felt so beautiful throughout. Vanessa works with you so you are always comfortable and she is a true professional who takes so much pride in her work? I highly recommend you go for it if you’ve ever wanted to do a boudoir shoot, you won’t be disappointed with Vanessa?

I did a Boudoir session with Vanessa, and she was so easy going, that she made you feel comfortable right away. Her outfit and shoe selection was amazing!! Loved everything I ended up in! And she was so good at posing you, and giving directions to make you feel like a goddess! I loved being able to see the photos right after! Got to see right away that she really has the eye for doing this style of shoot! Vanessa you’re amazing!!

I HAD A SUPERB EXPERIENCE!! As soon as I got to the studio, Vanessa greeted me with music from my favorite artist, BON JOVI!! Both Vanessa and Felicia, who did my amazing make up for the shoot, were very welcoming and fun; we talked a little bit about everything! During the shoot, It was so funny how Vanessa showed me all sexy positions, and how she fixed my outfits so I look amazing. I was very comfortable the whole time... Thank you Vanessa and Felicia for the awesome experience!!

She is very kind and calm when things get crazy being a wedding. The pictures turn out absolutely amazing, when we got the flash drive she put in a beautiful box so she cared for us right down to the drop off.... I would HIGHLY recommend Amor photography and defiantly would use again for another occasion :)

My husband and I really prioritized photography. All too many times we had seen friends cheap out on their photographer and be left in the dust with grainy pictures of the most important day of their lives! We interviewed three photographers, and were having email conversations with another five before falling into the hands of Vanessa from Amor. While we had contact with so many, Vanessa was the only one that really clicked with us. Vanessa came highly recommended to us by a work colleague. It was important to us that we find someone who would not only fit into our budget (nearly impossible in Calgary in the photography world), but also someone who had a great personality (because my husband and I are super awkward photo people). It was pretty clear to us in the first few minutes of our initial consult that Vanessa was perfect for us! She made us feel like she was just another member of the family. Vanessa worked through all of our complicated family requests to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted out of our pictures. She selflessly played the go between to strategically make sure that there were no awkward photos with people we were hoping to leave out (photos do get very political!) When our wedding day came around, it was one of the hottest days in May. being the only shooter, Vanessa was on her feet for literally 10 hours, running between moments to capture everything. We were not disappointed, Vanessa really captures every moment. She is not afraid of a work out! We couldn't be happier with all the pictures that Vanessa gave us. Vanessa's prices are unreal, We chose the most expensive package, which left us with a surplus from what we were originally expecting. For the work ethic and quality she provides, she charges very very modestly. Also... is it even humanly possible for someone to work 10 hours straight?! It is for Vanessa! The turn around time on our photos was incredible. She was contacting me by the time I got back from my honeymoon, eager to set up a time to pass along our photos. Our photos were so popular that even our neighbors found them on Facebook and were talking about them for the rest of summer. Vanessa we love you! You treated us like we've been friends forever, you captured such an intimate, and emotional day, so so so perfectly. We will be coming back to you for every big moment in our lives!
