First off people ask why do you call yourself a solutions architect, my main response is always, well you see I am always taking the day to day business problems and finding the right solutions based on the clients needs, the budget, their business situations. I have been implementing the COR program in Alberta for almost 20 years and have gained a wealth of knowledge of how to work with companies through the process from development to implementation to maintenance of the safety management program. I have experience in many different industries, from Oil & Gas to Construction and trades and a variety of manufacturing processes, transpotation and retail operations; this is very valuable since we have a lot of written content for many different processes, thus speeding up the development process. I am responsible for being the client`s safety ambassador where I help guide the management and the staff through many changes of program implementation, I mentor many different positions in how to handle the new tasks they are facing. I help ownership get an understanding of the elements of the program and how they can impact their business and processes.
