I have nothing but positive things to say about Management and Staff and how well they look after their tenants. The buildings and grounds are always very well maintained and renter security is a high priority. It has been my experience that if any issues arise, they are tended to quickly and efficiently by the competent and friendly staff. I could not find a better place to live and look forward to hopefully calling Airdrie Place my home for many years to come.

The management/staff is friendly, VERY accommodating and up to date with matience and changes. When I needed a place to store my bike, they put a rack in my parking stall the next day. When I needed a sticker for my new car, they hand delivered it to my door. The staff goes over and above to make sure their tenants are always happy. The apartments are cozy, comfortable and very quiet. I highly recommend living here!!

The rental management team is readily available for any concerns. They generally answered any concerns and completed repairs/requests usually within a day or so. They even checked to make sure I closed my windows when I emailed from work following a storm warning in the summer! Despite living in an apartment by the stairwell, I can't say there was any disturbances from neighbours or alike. The noisiest thing was the wind, which comes with living in Alberta near an open area. I have no complaints and would recommend the apartment to anyone in search of a nice sized apartment for a good price!

If there is a problem with anything they replace or fix it pronto. It’s my 2nd time living there. Great place to live.

The outdoor space is very well maintained and the indoor space is very clean. When we moved in we dealt with Susan. She is the kindest, sweetest lady. She made the move for our little family very easy and stress free. We are very happy to be here and couldn't thank the staff enough for all that they do!

Wonderful surroundings, many great places for a walk or run.if you do have a concern, always dealt with immediately. Having building superintendents on hand in the same complex is a great idea. The best in Airdrie!!
M	Matt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely one of the best places I've ever lived. Managment is amazing and caring, cleanest buildings out of all from what I've seen. Some of the tenants ruin the good of it and that is very sad. I loved living here but I think it's time to find a home of my own. It's going to be sad to leave this place and if you're in the market to move I would recommend it to anyone.
