I was a tenant here and the Skyline Kingsland Close location in airdrie for over a year until recently moving into the city. I have had no issues with anyone of the managers, I absolutely adore Janine, and the hall ways and maintenance are always up to date. It may be expensive to live there, but the buildings are very well maintained and you will never have issues with bad landlords. The staff are always friendly and they work really hard for the company in such a high stress job! I know I couldnโ€™t deal with people all day, so these guys definitely deserve a five star. Not only because their job is difficult, but because they always have a smile on their face. Especially Janine! I would fully recommend living here as you will never have to worry about moving into a dirty apartment, or broken appliances, or even poor parking spaces! These guys have got them all figured out.

I moved here July 23, 2016. I had never lived in an apartment before. I heard after I moved in that this place was not well managed but my experience has been consistently great since moving in. They hired "Ruthie" and she is marvellous! I find all the staff here to be great! and I can only say positive things about this place! It is clean, quiet, very well designed (apartment layout), really nicely finished (decor), I have a fantastic outdoor patio, it has nice landscaping which is well maintained, a beautiful courtyard, and they take the time to hang flower baskets. The building manager is on site (which is great!) to manage problems which they seem to be on top of. There are cameras in the hallways which makes me feel safe. And the building is close to everything! I can walk for my groceries if I want to! I love it here! My experience from start to today has been a 10/10.

I (Marwan Butt) just had my contract done on May 31st 2019. I was the loner resident of 1 bedroom apartment in 2107-20 Kingsland Cl. SE Airdrie, AB. During my 2 years term I had a great experience. Its clean quite and a great staff. During my stay of 2 years. I have observed that resident manager was being replaced 2 to 3 times. I would say that's probably not a great sign for the companies reputation. If it's changing the management this frequently it means something is lacking in the companies reputation. I myself in a customer service and people skills industry for 25 years. Now I will come to the point. The new recent resident manager ED Garcia is someone I would highly recommend to be the manager of any industry. Tho, I met him for only a month 3 times while the end of my contract, but I wish to had that type of person my resident manager for a long time. Manager like ED, has a people skills who knows how to approach the tenant, listen to tenants needs, unit repairs and apartments. I have seen Ed cleaning around the building himself that I have never seen before from any resident manager doing such things. When I 1st moved in back in 2017, Rachel/Ruthie were the resident managers, what a great ladies to deal with. Soft, polite and calm. They were also very easy to approach and to deal with. Then resident manager was replaced to Janine/Carl or Kyle who was a maintenance manager. I had difficult time to deal or approach them both. I am not here writing against someone, I am writing just to let everyone know How I felt with the resident managers individually to deal with. There was a conflict on my contract which was suppose to be renewed on I believe Apr 2018, and the property manager from Edmonton agreed to initiate my $150 knock off incentive from Apr 2018, However I believe Ruthie didn't submitted it on time. Then came Janine in May or June of 2018. I mentioned the resident manager to take a deep look into my contract it has been fabricated by someone due to wrong initials on the contract that was not my initials because there was a wrong dates put on my contract it was stated 1st May 2018 start and ending 1st June 2018 and also in fact someone wrongfully put my initials on the contract to pass it through for the month of May 2018 for the contract to begin. I spoke with higher management and I was told oh it was a human error for the ending date of 1st June 2018. I told them everything is written wrong on the contract it was suppose to be Start date 1st April 2018 and ending on 30th April 2019 with the bonus incentive included $1000/month. But I was not being helped out in this situation and was forced to pay $150 for one month extra. And end up having a contract renew starting from 1st May 2018 ending on 31st May 2019. I can't forget that day how I was dealt with the resident manager Janine, I was threatened that I might can go in court but I will lose the case. I left the office and that day I decided ok I will pay $150 extra but will never come and stay with skyline living no more. If I was dealt in a positive manner, patience and calm. I would have stayed another 5 years till I have strong deposit to buy the townhome in the city of Calgary. It was a breach of trust and lack of understanding your good tenant and unprofessional management caused me to leave the place. However I bought the house now in the NE part of the City of Calgary. As I mentioned earlier I am also in customer service business for a long time, one must understand his or her clients and treat them as part of the family since we all live in one building and place. We are humans and we will always make errors I understand that thing well. But dealing with someone with patience, calm and by lowering the tone of voice is all essential and important in customer service business. That's why I give thumbs up to the new resident manager ED Garcia. Keep up the good work Ed and the staff working on floors are just amazing really knows how to say morning afternoon and good night. All are awesome crew now over there when I am gone. :)

My boyfriend and I have been here just about a year, and we love it. At the beginning we had a rocky start, but now the new resident manager Janine is awesome. She takes the time to listen to you and is very helpful. Having new management has made this place great! It is a quiet, clean and very friendly environment. The rest of the staff are always very friendly and helpful. We defiantly recommend living here!

They had tenants teaching gym class above us . Our place was shaking we had to listen to them hollering and counting down were told they were doing it for the mental health of there clients and I guess our mental health didn't matter. There is no magement on site lived without a working parking stall for three years I had to pay over one hundred dollars to fix my stove. If you are smart you will run as fast as you can.

This building is a joke. It is run by people with NO experience or knowledge. Maintenance requests sit for months with no replies. Safety protocols are completely ignored. No building policies are kept up. It has been going downhill for years. They are focusing on minor aesthetic renovations while doing absolutely nothing to address the real issues. Sticking bandaids on to make it look good. STEER CLEAR if you want to avoid non-stop headaches. Shared in multiple Airdrie groups to warn others.

Iโ€™ve been in this apartment complex for almost a year. We were enjoying our lease here until quite recent. There was a personnel change and there has been a huge disconnect in communications here with management. The management used to care about their tenants and make relationships with us... the new management has 0 people skills. Iโ€™ve approached many times with concerns and complaints and have been dismissed on more than one occasion. At the end of my lease, I will be leaving. I donโ€™t want to rent at a place that doesnโ€™t actually care about the tenants. ?

If you want to live in a building where there is no communication, definitely live here. Emails not returned, complaints not responded to, management gives one answer then changes their mind and doesnโ€™t communicate the change. The building itself is fine, but the management makes this place a nightmare to live in. Stay far away! Complaints to head office have also gone ignored. EDIT: In the reply where it says to email customer service, I emailed them 3 weeks ago and still havenโ€™t received a reply. Stay away. Far, far away.
