My significant other and I had been struggling to find a home that we both loved but Rami was beyond patient and understanding of our needs and was very insightful in terms of giving us advice in regards of pricing and comparisons. I wasn't an easy client, being a first time buyer moving to Calgary from Ontario on a limited budget and wanting to buy virtually from Ontario the best possible house and that again in a sellers market. Rami had to first teach me as i would require reasoning behind every offer we made and we made multiple offers due to my limited budget, answer very basic questions again and again took real patience and he made every possible effort to keep me motivated and at no point he rushed me, was always honest with his opinion which had my best interest and in the end we bought a house better than my expectations! Thanks Rami for all your efforts running in cold from one point to another and showing us houses virtually on a video call!
