A	Amanda L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff is very friendly and very helpful. they always have great attitude and have gone out of their way to get me what I needed without hesitation. the only thing I think they need to work on is training their night staff a bit more before leaving them on their own, I went in because I needed a telus pre-paid phone card and I ended up having to drive to a different store to get it because their night shift worker didn't even know what I was talking about, let alone knowing how to do it, I think they need to train their night people a little bit more. other then that its a great place. good people, decent prices, good atmosphere.

Big shout out to Ravi the assistant manager with hands down the best foot forward, smiling face even behind the mask, work ethics and customer service which is beyond commendable! Mel is another great customer service representative who goes out of her way to guide and help us look for the promotions which we would normally miss out on at times. In times like these we really need a staff who will go out of their way to bring a smile to our faces or a laugh when they have a lot going on in their lives as well. These are the frontline workers who need to be appreciated everyday.

He definitely could use some training on how to deal with conflict resolution as well as proper etiquette in speaking with the public. There are a lot of choices on where the public can spend their money. I have $70.00 in Petro points that I will be converting into a non 7-11 gift card and will not return to another 7-11. I am extremely insulted.

l	leena rostami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order at 7/11 and they made me wait a whole 50 minutes then emailed me saying they were out of the item I needed and told me to reply back if I wanted to change my order by 1:17am. I replied around 1:14am asking to replace the items with something else but 2 minutes later the courier had already arrived with a completely different order. This is so dissapointing, I could have been allergic to the items they gave me instead. Like why bother emailing me about replacing the item you said you had on the app but didn't, and then don't even bother giving that to me either.

The sticker says 2/$8 but he kept saying the total is $10.48 and he said that after tax it’s $10.48, obviously he doesn’t know math. These guys are unprofessional and it’s bringing their reputation down bad. If you don’t know what’s going on maybe ask the manager or remove the stickers. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
