L	Laura Caswell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 98% of the times i go here, all or most of the slurpee machines are down/warm. This location is the 1 location for the people on the east side of airdrie. It is so frustrating to pop in everytime specifically for a pepsi slurpee and its rarely available. When they first opened i was there often, and even then it was hit or miss and then steady decline. So frustrating. Why cant all flavours of slurpee machines be working at all times like 711 is meant for? Calgarys 711's run much better.

She was not wearing a mask and I could see she was coughing up a storm without covering her mouth. She then proceeded to pack up the snacks for the customer in front of me without washing her hands first. Will not be returning as it is a safety risk.

Since who ever has been managing it late afternoon and eve has been dropping the ball.on their staff chores. Store was not only over capacity everytime I attended it was filthy. No one was wiping pin pads down after use. And all while a pandemic is on. My real issue from my attendance is on July 14, 2020. The staff gave me an excuse of why I was being overcharged for an item I buy on a regular basis. I refuted the price in which they charged what I regularly pay. Well low and behold does this East Indian tall Male staff member short me on top of that by a dollar. How I noticed is because it was the only cash I have handled in 3 months. I immediately called the store and asked for owner to call me and to date I have not even heard from them. Now I have to speculate how many times this guy had shorted patrons of this store. You have lost by business and I will surely be share this robbery to ensure no one else is taken advantage of. Transaction No.TRN0815 at 3:26 pm.

The gentleman behind the counter said the slow cook would be 30 minutes but offered to quick cook our food If we were willing to wait. Great service from a commendable individual.

He cares so much about his customers. This business supports Community Care Builders and the Veterans Food Bank and has high integrity for their customers. Highly recommend this place. ?

I asked for two pepperoni pizza made fresh, she said she cannot make them fresh because she is working alone, there was not one customer behind me in the store she then started complaining saying she tells them to stock it up before they leave so she doesn’t run out! I got two very old stale pizza one of which was not pepperoni to begin with! She was very rude and did refused to make anything fresh for me! I know that making a pizza takes less then 3 minuets! If your asking the other employees to stock it up does this mean the pizza are sitting there for hours? I’ve never had a 7/11 refuse to not make me fresh pizza! The attitude was not appreciated and for “hot and fresh” it definitely didn’t stand up! Maybe train your employees to do there job instead of complaining to customers, the time she spent complaining she could have made me a fresh pizza! I will not be returning to this 7/11
R	Raymond Games on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a late night snacker, fortunately I had the pleasure of seeing the older white lady on my 7/11 runs to grab some hot food. She’s always extremely generous, kind and friendly. BUT today (Monday 1am) I came for the same friendly interaction but I was poorly greeted by a grumpy man. He made me feel unwelcome and seemed like he didn’t want to make my food. Although he did make my food he was giving me attitude the whole way up until I left. I don’t blame him because it is late, just expected an average social exchange.
