Vista II Apartments - Calgary

Please don't waste your money here. Highly overpriced, horrible maintenance and the worst management ever. Extremely rude and they keep taking money from your account for no reason. Have gone through -30 temperatures with kids, begging them to repair the heating system with no reply. Management never answers the phone. Don't believe any of the comments that say they are good. The management themselves put the comments from different profiles.

I cannot stress enough how horrible this company is, and specifically this location. We moved into these buildings in March 2017 and had to end our lease EARLY because dealing with them was absolute hell. You know it’s bad when you would rather move out in -30 than stay another night. These people literally never answer their phones or emails on purpose (the only people you can speak to is the maintance team in Nashville) and are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, not to mention, the building has BED BUGS in it. We had to get the treatment done twice before leaving but then deciding to get the hell out of there which we had no problem doing because we were miserable there anyways. Even trying to get them to bring in the pest control was horrible, they kept canceling on us and made it clear they didn’t care their building had bed bugs. The one girl Nicolette did everything in her power to neglect us and treat us like dirt, to the point where she would full-blown ignore me and at one point didn’t even book off the elevator for us so we couldn’t move, on purpose. She is so unreliable, incompetent and ignorant it blows my mind how these people get jobs, but I guess that explains why within 10 months we had about 6 different building managers, they literally can’t keep someone working there. While living there we spoke to many other people who had the exact same issues and it seemed like everyone was either in the process of trying to move out, or about to. When time to move out they also ofcourse screwed us over on our damage deposit, after already agreeing to a certain price. They really love to pull the ‘sorry it’s not on your file’ line. Shocker, you guys didn’t do your job once again! Please do not move here, or you will truly regret it. I can promise you it’s not worth it. You will be so unhappy here and probably get bed bugs again like we did!

We've just moved into this building and I have to say it's been a pleasure so far. The property manager, Varun has been extremely helpful while we were moving in and now that we are living here he has been extremely responsive. There was a small issue with our parking space but Varun handled it quickly. The apartments are clean and new, there have been no issues with appliances or fixtures and the staff have been friendly and professional. I will update once we've been here a bit longer but so far the experience has been fantastic and I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live here.

We moved in Feb 2017, still here. We got an apartment that has never been used before us so no there was no bed bugs or any other big issues. Price is fair if you sign one year lease, otherwise it's not worth it. Apartments are rather quiet. Also never had any problems talking to people in the office. They keep the complex clean and it's kids and pet friendly. So in summary from my experience: Price - 3/5 Staff - 4/5 Quality 4/5

Place is decent for the price but that does not make up for how bad every thing From maintenance Management and parking and the hall ways always seem to smell bad wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone.

Photo is worth a thousand words...****and don't be fooled by recent "reviews" that conveniently happen to contradict what literally EVERYONE ELSE is saying...not a coincidence. Read the honest reviews by people who have had to or are still dealing with this most horrible manager and company.
