McCall Landing - Calgary

It was an easy decision to move to McCall Landing. The complex is clean and well kept. The management team is excellent, very responsive, friendly, and flexible. They keep residents well informed with updates or concerns regarding the complex. They encourage residents to do their part to contribute to a great living experience for all.

I couldn't be happier to be a suite owner and resident of McCall Landing! The management team is nothing short of amazing, supporting residents in any questions or concerns you may have. Their care for the community and grounds does not go unnoticed for even a day! The excellent floor plans and amenities all come as a bonus to the management on site. I would highly recommend renting or purchasing a unit in this complex.

My boyfriend and I moved in here March 30th and so far we love the place. It was our first place we looked at in Calgary and we instantly fell in love. We couldn't find a better place for a better price. They have so may great incentives and the landlords are very attentive. The suites are very modern and well kept. Larissa and Hayden are always on top of everything and have no problem with any issues you may have. They are also just really chill and down to earth. I honest to god would not change one thing. I would not rate this place a 1 out of 5 stars. I have stayed in a place that was a 1 out of 5 stars and it was the exact opposite of McCall Landing. Dirty, loud, unsafe, lots of crime outside my window, no incentives, falling apart, could only contact the landlord between 10am-4pm even if there was an emergency, rude landlord, refused to fix stuff, no notice of entry. I didn't even know landlords have to give a 24 hour notice of entry until moving here. McCall Landing is NOT dirty in the slightest. They constantly have people cleaning, mowing the lawn, touching up the place. The neighbour is quiet and safe. I live on the ground floor and I can leave my patio furniture outside unsupervised and no one will take it. The place is kept in really good condition and the buildings are fairly new. They have 24 hour staff to call in case of an emergency. If you have any complaints, Larissa and Hayden would never get mad and they would fix it right away. Excellent management skills. I'm very impressed. There is no way this place is a 1. Thank you McCall Landing for being so awesome!

Units are a great size. Very little noise transfer between units. Staff is fantastic to work with. Problems are resolved promptly! Definitely recommend.

McCall Landing is an excellent place to live, the on-site management are extremely friendly and always quick to help with all your needs. Very clean, well kept and an all around pleasant place to be. Lovin’it here!! Highly recommend.

I've been living here for over 2 years very clean quiet environment very children friendly property managers are above and beyond expectations ??????????

I looked around in Calgary for two weeks before I settled on McCall landing. The distinguishing factors from other properties were spacious units, amenities including gym, ensuite laundry and active property managers. Since we started living here, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Minor issues were taken care of by Larissa and Bryan with urgency, care and personal responsibility. They have always responded to my requests with a quick turnaround time and a solution approach. It is a relatively early review so I will come back and update after completing my first year. Thanks for making this place great with your efforts.

It’s been a great experience living here so far. Nice and quite place. Management’s been so helpful throughout move in and with everything else. Larrisa is so quick with inquire responses and Brian even helped me install the bidet which is not part of his job. Apartment was nice and clean ready to be moved in. I highly recommend this place. Plus they give u bottle of wine to help with move in tiredness :D
