We just moved into Skyward living a couple weekends ago and happy to announce we love it dearly!!! Customer service was excellent - they answered all of our questions and was very accommodating!! We love everything that this building as to offer from pets to game rooms, gym, movie theatre, and steam room . We also love the Bar/chip vendor machines in the main lobby plus fresh fruit/vegetables from local vendors in the main lobby every Saturday and you can’t beat underground parking - love it!! Also everyone we’ve meet so far in the building as been very friendly. We give this place a big 5 Star, highly recommended!! Thank you Skyward Living!!! ❀️

We moved into the Skyward Living building this month! We are absolutely in love with our new building. Everything is nice and shiny and new and has been taken care of well. Very clean building! We always see cleaning staff in the hallways. We love the gym and adult sky lounge! We can see ourselves living here for a while. We are on the 6th floor and we love the view. We cant wait for a good snow storm to watch from our windows. We had fast and wonderful customer service through the whole experience of moving. The day after we moved in, I sent an email to management about setting our buzzer up. Richie called me within 5 minutes on a Sunday to help get us set up right away! We love our new home.

I have been living in this place for a month and I am already counting the days till my lease is over. It has been a horrible experience since the day I put a deposit down to reserve a specific unit. We came back to finish the paperwork just to find out that they already rented our reserved unit to someone else. Fast forward to the day we moved in after paying more for another unit, first day in the apartment we find out the bathroom flooded after using the shower. They didn’t even bother to send someone right away…had to wait a few days till someone finally came in. Most recently, they had painters in the underground parking and did not even bother to close it off while they were working. I had my brand new car that was only 2 days old at the time in there. Now it’s covered with paint droplets almost on the entire car. Confronted management by sending multiple emails, texts, and leaving many messages with no response. Extremely unprofessional, this isn’t a hit and run situation where I am still looking for who damaged my car. Yet, I still have to keep chasing them just to be constantly ignored. Oh and it’s now day 4 of not having an elevator…

We stayed in a furnished suite for a week. With a 1-year old it was so much nicer to have a full kitchen to prepare our own meals instead of going out for every meal. Also having 2 parks within walking distance was great. With the price cheaper than a hotel it really let us enjoy Calgary on a budget. Staff was great and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. And we had cable so we got to watch the Olympics when we were there. We will return.

Booked appt to view apartments no lease agent showed up. Please show up for prospective residents. We don't have all the time to wait. They did call day before to confirm then got here and nothing. Very confusing and it was a far drive and waste of time. Please do better to make your showing times. Or provide reason if you're late or need to cancel. This was a waste of my time.

Elevators are the buildings undoing. The suites are nice, solid with quality appliances, the amenities and events are great. But if you rely on an elevator due to any disability, can not walk up or down multiple flights of stairs than this building is not for you. The elevators in the past year have become the biggest problem here. If they are not broken down for long periods of time, then they are locked out for moves. With so many good qualities the company needs to get on top of the elevator situation because it is completly unacceptable and is causing untold stress and grief among the many many handicap residents over all floors. It is a gamble for many when they walk out the door if they will be able to make it to another floor or just turn around and spend yet another day stranded to their apartment.

My wife and I moved in here in March 2020, and we love living here! Since moving in we've made friends with other residents and felt welcomed by the community overall. The amenities are awesome, and I love the events held by Dan and Amber each month. 5/5
