★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service and Associate were worst. I booked appointment to view the place by calling there customer service and they guide me step by step to book in from website. I did that and i received the email for the appointment confirmation also calendar invite. I received sms for invite also. It was virtual viewing i confirmed with customer service also and i also received google meet link. On the day and time of appointment i was waiting for 15min no one show up. And then when i called first they said they do not see any one then they kept my call on hold for 10minute then they said "we do not do virtual viewing". In this pandemic situation they do not provide virtual viewing and also kept me on phone on waiting like for 20minute to say they do not provide virtual viewing and i have to come down in person. They should have told me on very 1st time when i called them to book appointment. Very bad response

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, quiet building. Only had a few minor maintenance issues and all were fixed within a day or two. Great maintenance staff too! The on-site managers are quick to return calls, texts and emails and always helpful. Great place to live!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved tenporary for few months in the building. Since the time of signing the lease until the last stages of moving out the property manager Petra has been amazing. She truly treats everyone living in the complete like a family.
All the maintenance of the unit and building is always kept up to date. The building is nice and the complex is always clean and well maintained. The neighbors are nice and polite as well. When I was moving to a rental complex I was concerned of bed bugs and I can tell very confidentially due to good standards I never had any issues with beg bugs.
I would recommend this location to every one and Kudos to property manager Petra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been many years since I have been happy with everything about where I live. Steven at Trailside helped me, with short notice, out of a bad situation. I love the layout of my apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have wonderful neighbours, who treat me with kindness. The building is always clean! That is hard to find, so I thank Murdezza, who does a great job. Mark has been so helpful, as has Allan. A great place to live!!
