F	Fariha Khaliq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Truman Homes-Legends of Cornerstone suites are beautiful and modern but we had an absolutely terrible experience with the Property Manager, Tina Chin. My sister and I put in a $25 rental application through Naborly (application under Asma Khaliq) for a unit and were approved shortly after. At the initial showing Tina confirmed that 1 underground parking stall was included with the unit, but after application approval she went back on her word and told us that only a storage unit was included, and that underground parking is an additional $50/month. When we emailed Truman Homes about our poor experience with Tina and to inform them that their online ads had further mislead us in regards to parking by stating that underground parking is included with the unit, they forwarded our email directly back to Tina who rejected our application, which she had earlier approved. While the online ad was revised in response to our email, our rental application was rejected simply for speaking out about a bad experience with the Property Manager, this was extremely unprofessional of Truman Homes to approve and then later deny our rental application without a legitimate reason. Don’t bother emailing your constructive feedback or concerns to Truman Homes because it circulates back to Tina as there is absolutely no confidentiality when it comes to reporting poor customer service experiences.
N	Nik Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude sales lady(claudia). She think not all buyer are serious and they are coming to see condo without money and she want to give condo for cash. Change sales person may be you should get more sales. ? Otherwise good location and love your outside space.
D	Destiny King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved in 2 weeks ago and I’m incredibly impressed with the management of this building. I raised one concern about the building and it was solved by the next day. Any issues are answered promptly and taken care of. I’ve been dealing with Tina and she’s the best landlord I’ve ever had! I’m super impressed and love it here so far!
K	Kayla Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should be no stars for No soundproofing between units and floors. No AC in the units. The parkade, hallways, garbage room are dusty and dirty. Very poor security. Truman now disregards the building issues. Property is mismanaged and condo fees are mishandled by Catalyst.
A	Ashley Poffenroth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was refused a showing of the show homes, and received very unsolicited advice about how big of a place I need to purchase for myself. I know how big of a condo or apartment I am looking to purchase, and I don't need someone to tell me what I can and cannot afford. The sales lady immediately assumed that I would only be able to make a 5% downpayment on the lowest priced units, which is wildly innacurrate and below my budget. I am also not about to seriously look into purchasing in a building where I can't even tour where I would potentially be living. I will definitely not be back.

The layouts are on the small side but thats to be expected with apartment style condos. What some may feel it lacks in space it makes up for with a beautiful usable/functional kitchen, not to mention the amenities (fitness center, pet spa, community garden, among others). Claudia was super helpful and explained everything in detail. I couldn't ask for a better experience in buying my first piece of property.
J	Jo Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I just moved in a week ago and we absolutely love it here it feels like home! We are enjoying being on the top floor facing the mountains! Our dog loves the views too! We are renting in the Douglas suite it has two bedrooms and a den, the den is perfect for my husband who works from home. Rent is affordable and so far all the tenants are super friendly. Also, Tina Chin is very helpful and quick to answer questions or concerns.

Cleaning staff come maybe once a month, break ins are occurring frequently in the parkade and inner building lockups, and the amenities are not at all what was promised. Tenants were asked to donate all furniture for the amenity room, which also costs money to use now (as does the movie room) coming as a surprise to everyone. The condo board we are told to direct our concerns to does not respond in any way to anyone with anything helpful. I think each building has one security camera at the entrance which is apparently not enough to stop tenants personal items being stolen. It’s a nice building but the owners and board are incredibly cheap and do not care whatsoever now that they have a building full of paying tenants.
