Tries to cut corners on any project and hires the cheapest contractors that are extremely unpolite and incompetent. President of the board lacks the necessary skills to pass 2nd grade

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a friend of a resident I can't believe how bad the parking situation is here. They have ticketed me multiple times while I have been visiting my friend, both for staying longer than 3 hours (you've got to be kidding me) and for not registering immediately. This is terrible and definitely is a huge negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good points: proximity to hospital and location near downtown. Homes are also spacious and covered parking is always great. Overall used to be great but now management has made a series of regulations that impede any autonomy and enjoyment for the occupants. For instance they did some outdoor unnecessary renos costing us all an additional 5k over the course of time, which ended up damaging our condos, for which they did not compensate us. Now I am forced to find my own means to refit my back door and window frame. I am not alone in this: they also silence us in our general meetings.
