★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company, the staff at 99 Spruce Pl SW act as if they are guarding a fortress. I have lived here for two years and the people that make my life harder are the security! I don’t party I don’t make loud noises I don’t make a mess. However, I have found myself arguing with a security guard to register my vehicle for parking... just register the fan vehicle.
