★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a home builder, I highly reccomend looking elsewhere. They are fantastic, of course, until you sign away your hard earned money to them. Once you're all moved in and take full possession, forget about any issues you have with your new place, you are literally on your own.
SO many issues with the builder post possession in regards to quality, privacy, parking, missing paint/poor overall pain job, and even paid for upgrades! They are filled with excuses, that is if you can even get ahold of them or they call you back (they dont). Such a nightmare. I will never be purchasing another property from Avi or Avi Urban again.
