Today I slipped on a piece of piping, twisted my ankle and fell. It was mostly hidden by snow. You have to be really careful.

We couldn't believe how affordable these condos are!! Josh and Vivian at the sales center were incredibly welcoming and gave us as much information as possible about the development. Bryan, the sales manager, took the time to explain the purchase agreement word by word and made sure that all our questions were answered. His sense of humor, kindness and patience made us feel very comfortable. Brad Remington really does focus on great quality, affordability and excellent customer service. I would recommend Remington Homes to anyone any time!

I was excited when Brad Remington homes came to the NW because of the value compared to other builders, this allowed me to build my first home with everything I wanted and not compromise. The staff from sales to warranty have been more than helpful with their service and deserve kudos. We picked everything for our condo and it came out exactly as I had imagined. We bought a condo that was not a show suite (Georgia+) which made me a little nervous, but honestly it is exactly as promised. I am so happy to own my first home and thank everyone involved for all the help I've received in addressing any concerns along the way. Special shout out to the sales team, Bryan and Scott! in terms of build, our home is quiet with little noise transfer from upstairs and nothing from our neighbors. Everything seems solid and level, appliances are also great (we upgraded). Only concern we have had was with our tv mount, but I have been told this will be fixed for building 2 and did get help with it from the warranty team. Overall it's been a really great experience.

Bryan was a complete gem to work with, as he took the time to go over every detail in a way that made complete sense. We ended up buying a quick posession and it came equipped with pretty well everything we desired to have, even if we had been the ones to pick the upgrades. The only thing this place is lacking is parking - it's a complete nightmare if you have an extra car as there is very limited street parking.

Residents have created a facebook group which is very toxic and it seems that property management is not doing anything about it. There are residents who feel they are the leader of the community, hence the excessive rants in the facebook group. Don’t they have a condo board? Who knows? Never felt welcomed, I always felt anxious when going out especially when throwing out our garbages!!!! People take photos of other people when they assume that they are doing something wrong!! You want proof? Please check their facebook group. Please do something about this!!

He said a resident has been attacked by the pitbull and they have proof. We don’t have a dog in the unit so we asked him to provide the evidence, and if not, we’ll file a police report. He didnt get back to us. He accused us for the sake of what?? Making our lives miserable here?? This is the 2nd time that this happened to us. Our next door neighbour has a dog, but she’s the same colour as him. So…. You guys connect the dots.. This is the main reason we are moving. These people running the business are racists. So glad we are almost gone. Also, the building structure sucks. Very quickly made and used cheap materials. Walls have cracks after a year it’s been built. Take your hard earned money elsewhere! And for you entitled owners of Sage Hill Park Condos, wish you guys best of luck! Go find some more stuff to complain about ;) ;)
