★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I arrived here the landlords have been kind, respectful and pretty quick to take care of any problems my wife and I have encountered in our apartments. Not sure why there have been so many complaints. Love this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My roommate and I had set up a viewing and, after travelling all the way there from Okotoks, we were turned away because we are 20 years of age and they "only rent to 21 and older". We were not informed of this while booking our appointment and were told that they do not accept adults younger than this because of their 11:00pm quiet hours. I have never encountered this problem while viewing other apartments in Calgary (most of which also have 11:00pm quiet hours) and am astonished by the discrimination and general lack of hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for almost 2 years, and I'll always have fond memories of the place! Irene and Margaret are very pleasant people, and were very responsive whenever we had issues with the place. The repairman was also very polite and it never felt intrusive when he came to fix anything. The rent was a good rate, and the location was great for transit, or easy access to crowchild. I would recommend this place for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in Raintree for over 5 years and it was a great place to live. The ladies in the office are wonderful people and the maintenance guy too!Twice when I lived there I personally seen people come from the outside and dump things at the bin but both times It was promptly removed. The only reason I moved is I was having a baby and needed more space. As for bugs someone mentioned in the 5 + years that I was there I've maybe seen a few spiders, but who doesnt ever see a spider in their house? I was happy to call raintree home.

Never liked this place. The apartments are completely out of date, you can smell the "old".... Nothing is ever done about stomping neighbors, so annoying Stay away people!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raintree Village is our home for last 10 years. We came here in 2011 and never thought of moving out. The management always took prompt action whenever there is an issue. Specially Irene and Margaret always supported us and helped us during our struggle time. We can't thank them enough for their support and advice. We are raising our children here and making memories that we will always cherish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 7.5 years at this complex. Irene and Margaret are amazing. So many memories! The only reason we left was because we had a wonderful opportunity come up. The sound proofing isn't ideal from upstairs neighbors but, I raised my son there. So close to EVERYTHING! I already miss my hill, my neighbors, but will always have my memories. Thank you for those! The reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is the promise of the pool. I know with COVID it's been difficult to navigate but, there's always something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved in at Raintree Village with my wife in 2011. Recently we moved in to a 3 bedrooms apartment and love it. I have a daughter and a son and they love this apartment too. Irene and Margaret has always helped us and took care of everything. They are very prompt at attending the call for maintenance. We are glad we choose Raintree Village as our home.
