We moved in prior to the end of February. Dajana was fantastic helping us find the perfect unit and accommodated a early move in. Extremely friendly and helpful whenever we see her around the building. The units are beautiful!

We recently moved in Esquire and love the apartment building. The apartment itself is beautiful, our neighbours are lovely and the gym is a great bonus! A really big thank you to Dajana who has been so helpful and friendly. She has answered any questions we have and truly goes above and beyond. Thanks again!

I moved into Esquire in early February. Gorgeous suite and gym, it is a great building and Truman Homes did a great job. I have to agree with the other review that the thing lacking is the property management. Dajana isn't overly friendly, when in her role I think that's one thing you have to be. She doesn't seem interested in what she is doing and doesn't reply to emails in a timely manner. When I moved in she didn't do a full tour of the storage lockers, so that is what I was emailing about to figure out where mine was. She answered my email 2 weeks later and didn't even say anything about the time lag. I really Hope Truman Homes takes into consideration how important customer service is and how important is to feel comfortable as a renter. Really hope going forward things are different!

The suites are beautiful. The management not so much. Specifically Dajana. 1. Both times I went to view units she came 10 minutes late. So you get to stand outside and wait. 2. I was there to see a furnished apartment. She tells me once I am there that there are none. 3. She gives me a card and says we can communicate by email. She neglects to respond and when she does her information is incomplete and she does not follow-up. 4. When I express disappointment that this seems to be more difficult than it need be. She starts an argument with me. 5. I suggest that perhaps I should deal with someone else and she says she is the only person to talk to despite the fact that this building is owned by a management company. 6. Also the prices of the suites during all of this were above advertised and above the original price discussed. I left and would never get involved in this building. I hope it works out for you if you look at this place, but if you have any reservations it is her and not you. Sincerely Jordan Caveno PS Thank you for the reply that was given. It goes without saying that verbal abuse is not tolerated and the suggestion that this occurred furthers my point of how ridiculous this situation was and how bad the customer service was. I did appreciate the phone call from Dajana's manager perhaps they will teach her about customer service. I re-read my review and it stands as originally written. If she changes so be it. If she stays the same at least it is on record.
