Hi, the owner's reply to my review was inaccurate. The return and exchange policy is quite severe. I first spoke with the assistant manager who indicated she did not have authority to assist me. The manager kindly offered to ship the missing part, but it never arrived. I then called to follow up and was told that the part was not shipped with a tracking number. I spoke with a customer service representative at the corporate office who did not offer to assist other than grant a refund, which also took quite a while to process and required a return visit to the store. I ultimately purchased the same item off Amazon for $30 less.

Very memorable experience with this store. Great quality product but failure with the customer service. In Spring 2018 I purchased a shower base and the door set plus pair of a nice colored sinks and a pair of faucets. My main goal was to install the shower doors myself. Immediately after the doors set was unpacked I realized it is beyond my capabilities. Really nice quality, but very heavy. We do have some professional installers servicing Barrie, but after contacting few of them I was confirmed that nobody is willing to take care of the install. A new product (company name) for the market. Thus, have never had any experience. Fair enough. I reached the Store and requested installation service. The personnel provided me with the contact of the β€œinstaller” who as I found later did not even had the contract with this store. He showed up, we completed the install together in 4-5 hours and requested not to use the shower for 24 hours. I paid in cash 450 CAD and no documents were provided. After 48 hours I realized it is time for the test. The test failed: 2 leaks from different locations. Reaching the Store again, asking for help and taking care of the issue. The communication takes about 7-10 days. The same time I found in the installation manual that aluminum plank between the glass edge and the tile was not installed at all and glued to the tile directly with silicone! Reaching the Store again, the personnel is delicately explaining that everyone is servicing customers now. I asked:”Who am I then, if not your customer β€œ. Please wait we will contact you when have a solution ready was the answer. Reaching in 7 days myself. My phone call is redirected to someone incredibly β€œpolite” who said that due to the fact that the Store is officially not authorized to provide any installation services no one is going to continue communicating with me in regards to this issue. Moreover, I was advised to stop discussing the issue with the store manager who β€œdid her best”. I do believe sincerely that the Company Management in QC will review this feedback one day. As for now, as one of your former customers I would like to state that have no tolerance to such disrespectful attitude to anyone who trusted you when opening your store doors for the very first time when you was just at the very beginning of setting your business in Ontario province.

Friendly helpful staff but has a big box store feeling, has a pretty good variety of low to mid priced items. I would have likes to see a larger bathroom faucet selection, lots of standard deck mounted products nothing exceptional. Primarily foreign (not Italian ?? or German ?? quality/produced but low quality to get a low price-point items. Shop here if price is your biggest criterion. I ordered a big mirror-cabinet. Very happy how the store handled the online order and curb side pick up. The store rep even put the big heavy box into my car. Much appreciated. Will shop again and highly recommend this store.

I’ve bought a bidet before the last two shutdowns. It was in a plastic package that was stapled- meaning was an open package- I’ve paid over $100 for it, however when I brought a plumber to install it while he was installing it said that he has seen many leaks caused by bidet in apartment buildings and that it’s not a good idea to install one as I run the risk of having a leak or even a flood, so I asked him to take it down as I do not want that. I’ve went to Bath depot after stores with outside entrances have opened and explained the above to the them, they have advised that they can’t return it because it’s been used, although the package was already opened and stapled back when I bought it. I’m very disappointed in that as I’ve lost a $100 for nothing. If I go and install it I’ll risk having a bigger problem that will cost me thousands. So I’m stuck. Most importantly the cashier didn’t say it was final sale or non refundable/returnable and the receipt doesn’t mention that either.

I purchased a vanity that costs over $1000 and when assembled by the instructions, the drawers did not slide properly. I contacted the manager at Bath Depot to explain the situation and if someone can fix it or replace the drawers. They explained that there is nothing they can do about it. I was not looking for a refund or a change in product because it is a nice vanity, but it took forever to assemble- I should have bought from IKEA. They did offer 10% refund for the issue, but try to get ahold of someone because their office is in Montreal. I've tried to call several times, and nobody answers or returns my phone calls. Never again will I buy or refer clients to this place!!
