L	Laura Pileggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased sofa, love seat and chair power recliners with the extended warranty. In November 2021 the sofa broke. We submitted a warranty claim, it was inspected and fixed. We instantly noticed that the technician put a different kind of foam in the center. It was the difference between sitting on a rock v. Cloud. I spoke with the store, they were going to call me back. Waited weeks never did. Submitted another warranty claim, a technician came ro inspect. I did not hear anything back for weeks. This was around the holidays. First week of January I followed up through the online chat. I was advised that both claims were closed even though no communication was given. I again had to follow up through the chat. I must have gone through the chat 6-7 times which is extremely hard with an infant at home to spend 45 min - 1 hr on the computer or phone. The matter is still not resolved I keep getting told I will be contacted by the store and it's been weeks. The lack of communication from the Brick had been appalling. They never reaches out and it was always me following up. Don't bother paying for extra warranty they don't fix the problems and won't tell you anything.

Our salesperson Erum Naz was so kind, friendly , patient and knowledgeable of all the different manufacturers for couches and kitchen chairs. She showed us different options and insisted that we sit and try the couches so that we would be happy with our decision and we certainly are. We will patiently wait with anticipation for our new furniture. While there , the customer service department was so helpful for an issue we are having with a past purchase. Very friendly staff!!!

Within an hour I had purchased a bedroom set and living room set and it was a really simple experience. If your shopping at this location ask for Renato, straight to the point, genuinely will help you find what you are looking for. Overall 10/10 experience.

He was extremely knowledgeable with everything (furniture, appliances). Purchased a sofa, love seat, gas stove, microwave and bar stools. He was so pleasant to deal with and very understanding. Sometimes you hear of commission based sales associates following you around like a hawk. Anna was not that at all. She gave us space and had all the answers to our questions. What started as a "just looking" afternoon turned into a final purchase. I got a great deal, and I can't wait to have my new sectional in my new apartment! She provided excellent service! Highly recommend!
