B.C. Dealers' Trade-In Centre

I bought 2010 kia FOTE about a week ago. When I brought the vehicle home on the same dayI found so many problems which they don't want to fix. The only thing they fix was power windows. I talked to the sales man Mike Kibsey about other problems he said we r not here just for fixing problems. So I had to take it to other machenic shop and pay them to get it fixed which I was concerned about safety. When I was buying the car the sales man told me that all the cars are safety inspected . Which I don't think so. I am so disappointed never had these kind of experience before.

I had been looking for a reliable used car for over two months when we found B.C Dealer's Trade-in Centre. Kurt was very nice and friendly over the phone, and Joel was really great to deal with. Joel answered all our questions, we never felt pressured, and the price for our Prius was fair. It's the place to go to find the perfect used vehicle!

Came here because of the great reviews. Was not disappointed. I am a first-time car owner, looking to do business with a dealer I can trust. Joel was accommodating, patient and fair throughout our exchanges. They have a lot of cars that will fit most needs, and are exceptionally well priced and maintained. I visited 3 other dealers and came back here because they have good cars in my budget. More importantly, I came back because I trust Joel. They offer warranty and licensing there as well, which is a big plus. Would recommend anyone to at least visit this place. 10/10.

My son bought his first NEW (to him) car last week from salesman Kurt Waber. Disclosure was as good as you could ask with Carfax provided and offers for an extended warranty. Kurt answered all questions and treated my son very well. Test drive went well enough to convince my son this was his car. My son bought the car and drove it less than 30 KMS and it stopped working. Kurt and the dealership did not hesitate to resolve the issue. We were satisfied but wanted to ensure the car was in decent condition. We took it to our mechanic who inspected it and needless to say, it needed more work. When presented with this information, the owner did not hesitate to return our money. Can't say ill be back but they handled themselves smartly.

Worst place to buy a ride both i bought nothing bit problems 3years ago nothing but transmission problems brake probelms and joint made a mistake going back over paid for this one next day same and it leaks oil and lots of other hidden problems didnt care when i came back got no help go buy a new one at a real dealer ship you habe been warned ..

BUY BEWARE! Purchased car and stopped working twice while on road 30mins after purchases. Change mind of point of sale. Drove back to dealership till now they still have my money, won’t give it back as they want to fix or get a new car. Lost my trust Called “Better busin bureau” and was told I need to talk to them first to resolve, if not. They’ll seal with it. Will update

Best and fair prices in town. I needed a car for work and they sold me a really reliable car, other then my regular maintenance, I have had no big issues with my car and better yet, no big financial surprises. I bought a 2009 4door sedan. To me, kilometers means nothing when buying a used car, the most important thing was if the car was regularly maintenanced and how the previous owners took care of it. This is the only car sales dealership I’ve been to where they know how to fix cars as well, which is very important when buying a used car because they’re able to tell you the pros and cons of all their cars they sell and they provide you an estimate on car fixes and maintenance, and what were the common car issues for every car brand they sell. You can trust that they will give you all the information you need like the maintenance history and whatever else you need to know. The owner’s car knowledge and experience was very helpful when you’re buying a car and you know nothing about car mechanics. The owner is honest and you will not be disappointed with what you buy because he is super transparent about all his products. I was very happy with all his car knowledge which gave me confidence in the car I bought. He answered all my silly questions with patience. Buying used cars can be intimidating but they made sure I was aware of everything when I bought my car. They even have the car insurance guy come so it’s a one stop shop. This was the best used car buying experience I’ve ever had. My new used car is running beautifully and I’ve had no issues driving my car for work.

I want to start off by stating have no purchase experience at this place, but I also want to say while looking for my first vehicle I've met a few pushy sales people who don't get the hint. I now feel slightly bad looking back on it but I would like to say the sales team here is super friendly and understands when u say I'm just doing a quick browse. His greeting was top notch and when I explained I just started looking and comparing he said sounds great if you have any questions let me know then told me the hours as he went off to help someone else. Even if it's not my first vehicle I'm definitely coming back here and actually recommend people to go here.
