★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a part for my vehicle on week one. That part arrived on week two and they notified me via phone of its arrival. Went in on week three to pick up the part and was notified that the part had been sent back to the warehouse. They did not notify me that the part had been sent back to their warehouse, so I wasted an hour driving to and from the NW to the SW.
At the very least they could've let me know the first time they called me that the part would be sent back to the warehouse If I didn't pick it up in "X" amount of days. What a waste of time! Will never shop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This auto value always have what my husband needed for his car, I usually need help finding the right part as I don't know much about cars. The service rep is helpful and knowledgeable, they have a computer system that can look up individual parts for each specific car. Sometimes you'll have to order online and come pick it up at the store, but most of the time they have exactly what I needed right in the store. Recommend this Auto Value location if you live near 17 Ave!
