★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here and was lied to by the staff as they sold me the incorrect coils for my vapes. STAFFED BY USELESS DIRTY LIARS! DO NOT COME HERE! AVOID THIS SHOP AND GO TO ANY OTHER SHOP! YOU WILL BE LIED TO HERE BY THE STAFF AND THEY WILL SELL YOU THE WRONG PRODUCTS AND MAKE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! GO TO ANY OTHER SHOP BUT THIS ONE!!! Save yourself the trouble and avoid the liars working here stealing your money and wasting your time. And how am I supposed to know if I've been sold the correct coils for a new vape unless I open it? Do you expect me to be psychic cool vape owner? I came in and asked for help only to be sold the wrong product. How would I know that it's incorrect unless I tried to use it? I guess it's my fault for assuming that you trained your staff to know what they're talking about. So I am very sorry that I assumed that you had competent staff that could properly help me. I guess I should just stop giving workers the benefit of the doubt that they know how to do their jobs.

Good selection, good prices.
I bought coils that were recommended for the vape I own after describing my vape in detail.
Got home, the coils didn't work (I only tried one)
Told the staff member on the phone
"Hey I only tried one coil and you guys sold me ones that didn't work could I get a refund"
They replied saying that as long as they are not open it's refundable...
I told them how I had used one and the rest were sealed and they said oh that's fine come in and we can return the ones you haven't used.
I walked all the way to the store and when I got there the staff told me they couldn't refund it.
Not to mention that yes there prices are great,
But you get what you pay for and the customer service is sub par along side the juice.
I recommend trying any other vape store my personal favourite right now is alt vape they also deliver at alt vape (for no extra fee) so during covid stay inside and shop elsewhere!
