★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the customer service is great that steven guy is so nice he actually help me with my pod system and told me what i did wrong and right i never experience this to other vape shop basically i just buy things without even help and leave but here the sale person actually will help you to pick a good flavor and if you ask a question they have the kowledge for it ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partner and I went in last night for some pods and tried a new juice. Was met by a young kid who seemed inconvenienced that we were there. Firstly, the worker and his girlfriend behind the counter were not wearing masks, this is illegal for a buisness in this time. When the phone rang while my partner and I were checking out he said "go away". Talk about a welcoming environment. The whole time we were in he seemed like he was annoyed to have us there, and was in a rush to get us out. Giving 2 stars because the prices were good and the store was clean. But the customer service received needs work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tbh, there's plenty of vape shops around, but this is the only one I will ever frequent.
Rylan is honestly such an amazing human being, and he simply knows his stuff.
I haven't had a question yet he hasn't been able to answer, and if he didn't know right off the bat, he would do the research and make sure to get the proper information.
10/10. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the staff are very helpful and friendly they dont seem to have great knowledge of the products. Once a guy gave me the wrong bottle even though I questioned him about it. And recently I was asking about flavors and was guided to buying something I was assured was a flavor I would like based on my questions. And it was once again the opposite of what I asked for. Probably won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome vape shop, great prices, knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Open till 12 on Weekends! Huge range of disposables as well. I wont go anywhere else to buy my juice now and will travel to the core to get it.
