The treatment I had with Dr Erin McKenzie was painless. Dr Luke Liszka was soft spoken and put me at ease. I returned later and had a dental cleaning that was the most thorough I've ever had. I will be back every 6 months for that!

The Good Dr. Liszka was very calm, very professional and answered all my questions even my more obtuse ones - with a smile no less! My next major project is a permanent, clip-on all in four, upper denture. I'm looking forward to The Good Doctor doing that procedure. John Burke Airdrie Ab.

I was quite nervous about the procedures & very concerned about potential pain during (and after) the procedures. My concerns were unnecessary, as both Dr. McKenzie and Dr. Liszka are excellent at what they do and were super professional and ready to answer my questions. I am grateful for their thorough care and for a significantly minimal amount of soreness before, during & after my procedures. I'd come back to them in a heartbeat!

Professional,efficient staff, calm relaxed atmosphere, and very caring and sympathetic care. If you need a root canal, I definitely recommend this practice, you will feel like you are in the most competent and experienced hands.

Every detail of your experience is tailored for your comfort, from the stunning decor (it feels more like a spa than a dental office) to the calming colours to the massaging dental chairs (I didn’t even know these existed). Dr. McKenzie is absolutely amazing, with her calm (and calming) demeanour and high quality of care. From my check-in, to my assessment by her assistants to my actual procedure, everything was amazing, and I have struggled with a lifelong anxiety of going to the dentist, though not anymore. :) Highly recommend the sedation dentistry option as well if you are anxious, worth every penny.

The explanation of the procedure left me confident and the procedure went smoothly and quickly. After two weeks of recovery, I was in again to get my sutures removed which was painless and I’m glad that my healing was going well. The front of house team were accommodating with my insurance company to take care of the financials and my questions I felt comfortable and safe during the pandemic and would recommend other to visit this practice.

They never explained the process for each appointment They never explained that it was a months long process. They never called my prescriptions in prior to surgery. I always asked how long to allow for an appointment. In and out apparently means an hour. I thought they were going to break my jaw during the process. It was very painful and scary. I will never do this again.

I need significant restorative dentistry due to a car accident and I have injuries to my neck and jaw which make dental work very uncomfortable. I'm also rather phobic about being confined for dental procedures. Despite this my first root canal went very smoothly, was faster than expected despite my "exceptional dental anatomy", and the doctor accommodated my need for a supportive neck roll and jaw rest. She was also the first dentist who described exactly what to expect from the local anesthetic shot so I would not be surprised by any of the sensations. The dental team is very relaxed and friendly, which helps a lot. The root canal procedure itself was painless. The office space is very beautiful and comfortable (they even have massaging dental chairs) and sets a peaceful and relaxing tone for clients. The only note I'd give other clients is that it is a very busy clinic and sometimes you are there longer than expected for a procedure or follow up as the doctor is finishing with another patient. I'm feeling less stressed about my remaining required dental work and I can't ask for more than that.
