★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been traveling like 35min each way just to come to this store and location for a few years now. Staff is awesome juices are top quality. Some equip is kinda pricey but it all averages out IMO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time and time again this shop has continued to disappoint for lack of stock and any real type of customer service. But this last experience will be the last straw for me. I had gone to by a new pod and coils for my vape. Was sold the incorrect pods and was told they were actually out of stock of the correct ones. From there would not refund me, but provided a gift card with the $ then assured me to return in 3 days and he promises the pod will be there. Come 3 days later I return to only be told they are STILL out so I asked the staff member working to refund me the gift card in cash so I may take my business else where. I don’t know what was SO frustrating about me asking this but the attitude and lack of respect was unreal. Be weary of making this your “go to” vape shop, they can never keep their shelves stocked. If this was a one time thing, I could understand and be patient but the fact I have gone over 10 times and been told what I need is not available is unacceptable. Do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this shop many times since moving to Calgary 7 months ago and so far I've had more unpleasant experiences than good ones. While they do have some of the best prices, out of the handfull of staff I've interacted with, only two of them were nice and one was down right rude. Luckily I've never had the issue of going and having the products I buy out of stock.
However, tonight, I asked for rpm 40 coils for my Nord 4. Instead, I was given old rmp coils for a previous model. I didn't notice at first due to the boxes looking very similar and having to get the train back to work. Now I have an opened box of coils that don't work for my vape and from the looks of other reviews, no refund as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve just moved to Kensington and I’ve been in 3-4 times. This seems to be the only shop near to me. I have not had a pleasant experience any of the times I’ve had to go in. One girl in particular seems like she just doesn’t want to be there and makes me feel like I’m bothering her by even setting foot in the store. Feet up on the counter when you walk in, no greeting, no help. Vape juice is good though lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They moved locations about a year ago and the new shop looks great. Picked up some juice today and the young lady working was so sweet and friendly! Would definitely recommend coming here for your vaping needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certain staff members were rude, and nobody knew what they were talking about. Went down to grab some new coils for my nord 50w and was given the wrong one but didn’t realize until I got home. Had to go back the next day to exchange them and was given the wrong ones a second time, this time even further off. Bonus points for double checking in your system that they’re compatible:)

He was ready to assist me and help me in anyway possible . Gave me so much information on everything me and my partner needed to know. Felt very happy after coming here.
