Headed up by Ted Reno, a boxing professional with more than 20 years of real boxing experience, Ted has a passion for the noble art of boxing. He is also a fully accredited personal trainer. Ted enjoys passing on his technical knowledge to enthusiastic amateurs and loves challenging clients to reach their physical limits.
Working out with Ted or another instructor at 10th Street boxing will improve your fitness, (cardio & strength) tone your body, inspire you, build your confidence and bring a big smile to your face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boxing is one t of the best workouts I have ever done. Teddy got me into shape in less than a month for my gf's wedding where I was a birdesmaid. He pushed me when I didn't want to go and kept me laughing the entire time as he made me work my ass off!
I also discovered that I really like punching things. LOL!
The gym at 10 Street boxing has an old school feel with a modern look. I also like that it's owner still boxes professionally in the Canadian circuit! Even though I may never get in a ring myself, I know that he knows how to tell me how to punch properly! Alleviating any potential injuries to both my wrist and fragile ego! hahaha love this gym! love this trainer! Seriously go check it out! It's AMAZING!!

Ted is an awesome instructor, knows every member by name and has successfully opened a new business in Kensington without shaking the community feeling. Best of all I've achieved fitness goals in half the time that it took at some of the bigger more colourful gyms in town.

Mostly you just breathe and sweat. Ted is an extremely knowledgeable coach who will lead by example, push you, and help you grow in ways you didn’t know you needed.
