★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Rona location in Westhill is the closest one to my house, they usually have 90% of what I need for my home. However, they are not as big as the other home improvement store and sometimes I will have to take a second trip to Lowe's or HD. Overall, the store is clean, well organized, and the staff are friendly with me. I recommend this Rona location better than the one near 16ave, I found that other location is even smaller and less friendly! 4 stars overall, with some minor needed improvement!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally like this Rona, the customer rep always help me when I need help finding the right screws or part for my husband renovating. Shopping early is the best time to get the whole store to yourself in this social distancing time. Recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You rarely find anyone on the floor if you need help. I have visited this place several times (as this is close to my work location) and have always struggled whenever I needed help. They have a huge opportunity to improve upon their customer service; Something to learn from The Home Depot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store sales experience was fine. The low rating I’m giving is due to a bad experience regarding an order pick up. The shipping and receiving employee is lazy and doesn’t know what customer service is. This gentleman is literally paid to move/load items and couldn’t even do that.

Peter Hunter was exceptional in his knowledge as well as his customer service skills. His advise was excellent and he save me a lot of money with his recommendations. It is a bit of a drive for me to go to this store, but after the service I got, I will always be going to this location. You need more people like Peter Hunter!!!!
