E	Elaine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a few attempts at calling and not be able to get much information, I went in store to get some tips and pricing details. Though the employee tried to be helpful, she deflected most of my questions saying they were questions better suited for the assistant manager, who was in the store. I then asked to speak with her but apparently she was "very busy". I'm not sure how someone is expected to get information and purchase anything given how poor the service is. I fully intended on buying sufficient paint for our entire home but the assistant manager couldn't spare 5 minutes to walk me through different products and provide some pricing info. To make matters worse, I brought my newborn baby to the store since I was hoping it would be worthwhile as I would gather all the details necessary for my purchase which ended up being a total waste of time.
R	Robert Bak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store staff was helpful, but I'm very disappointed with Sherwin-Williams brand paint. I have lots of experience with painting and touch ups, but I've never worked with such a poor product. In store selection was limited, but I purchased a gallon of SuperPaint. I had a staff member color match to a sample taken from an interior wall in my house so that I could do some touch ups -- the color match process took 3 hours which I though was long. I'm most disappointed with the quality of the paint; the color match is very disappointing, there is a large difference in tint and sheen and the touched up areas are very easy to spot. The paint fills the room with an awful smell that lingers at least 3 days after applying, even with the window open -- I used this paint in my daughter's room and it smells to the point that she doesn't feel comfortable sleeping there. The paint also does not wash up easily from paint rollers/pans. Bottom line, I now need to repaint entire walls to hind the areas that were touched up with SuperPaint. This is definitely not what I expected from a higher quality paint that costs $75 CAD per gallon. Unfortunately, I can not return the paint because it has been tinted but I will not use or recommend Sherwin-Williams products again based on this experience. I will be reverted back to using Benjanmin Moore or SICO paints which offer better quality for less money. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

It was so perfect, despite the great differences in paint, where the original paint came from, product unavailability due to supply difficulties, and not even having a sample. Dana, you saved me hours of work from repainting entire walls. Instead of 6 to 8 hours of work, I was done in less than an hour because your paint and colour matching was so exact, I just had to roll small areas that I had filled holes with plaster. Time was of the essence because I am in the middle of moving, the landlord needed it done on time, I had to still organize where I was moving. All of this went so much better and less stressfully as a result of your technical knowledge and artistry with understanding colour, paint, sheen and the products you represent. I highly recommend Dana and Sherwin-Williams on 17 Ave SW to anyone needing fast, efficient, helpful service, for getting perfect colour and paint matching. Dana had an impossible challenge because the original colour came from a competitor, and the original paint was no longer available at this time die to shortages of materials in Texas. It seemed unlikely to work. But Dana double checked formulas and information on the company's database, and delivered a perfect match , no one can identify where I patched the wall even in full daylight and up close. Thank you again, Dana. You made my life so much easier during this high stress period of moving with no room for complications.

When I got there, Ola was kind, professional and very sweet. He even helped me take the paint to my car. Great customer service at both locations!
