Just had a great experience with this dealership as they offered to buy my pickup I had advertised on Facebook without me purchasing anything from them. The whole deal from start to finish was above and beyond my expectations and they were nothing but fair throughout. Excellent and friendly staff made me feel like family.

Easy and comfortable feeling throughout the entire process. I was given not only a professional valuation on my vehicle but also a very decent price offer. Everything went through smoothly without the need of back and forth bargaining. Honda West is a reliable vehicle trader who gave me a truly remarkable vehicle selling experience!

Bought a car from Honda West and my experience dealing with this dealership was great ! I am glad I got Nathan on the phone and within a few days deal was finalized ! Nathan always returned my calls Or emails and seemed like an honest salesperson ! I then dealt with Cole from the business office, and again a great guy to deal with ! Plus, when I was ready to pick up my vehicle it looked like new , fully detailed inside and out ! I highly recommend Honda West to anyone looking to buy a used or new vehicle !

I've visited this location to shop for a vehicle and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I was looking for a Passport and they offered 2021 model, current being used by GM Jason. The price of the vehicle was not too expensive but they added additional $5K just on accessories. I asked to reduce the costs on this "accessories" but the salesman (Nathan) said that this is rock solid and cannot be removed. I tried to walk away and suddenly this immovable accessories cost came down by 500. They kept asking for 1000 deposit with no questions asked refund of I change my mind within 72 hrs. So I put in the deposit and when I got my vehicle back from appraisal (for trade in) the passenger side of the door suddenly stopped unlocking. Let me assure you this door was working fine before they took it and had never any issues in all the years I drove. When I brought this issue with Nathan, he burst out and gave me unprofessional attitude. Also, I asked to see if this vehicle has any issues or prior accident history given that I haven't even seen the vehicle yet, he said that why would this vehicle have any damages with such low mileage in sarcastic way. With the whole experience and how they treated me, I decided to get my deposit back, certainly within less than 72 hrs, Nathan refused to give me my deposit back because "finance manager" is not working today and asked me to come back Monday. This would be after 72 hrs so with the actions Nathan has shown me, I was certain that I would have harder time getting my deposit back on Monday so I told him that this is unacceptable that I have to come back Monday to get my own money back even though it was supposed to be no questions asked (by the way, he was kept asking for a reason consistently). After I've said this is unacceptable, he laughed at me hard and walked away to mock me. Knowing that I am not buying the car he showed his true color. GM came and he asked someone to give me the deposit. So if there was apparently no issues with getting my deposit back but they just didn't want to give my money back. Overall, they broke my passenger door that I have to fix from my own pocket, wasted my time, and treated extremely poorly. If you are thinking of buying a car, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. STAFFS, ESPECIALLY NATHAN, IS UNPROFESSIONAL. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Bought a great Civic Si earlier this year from Honda West and on Saturday traded it in on an Audi they had on the lot. Ryan was wonderful with the sales process and the finance team helped a lot. I even made a little money on my trade in! The experience was so smooth and completely hassle free, my new car is in fantastic shape. My mom thought it was a brand new one, it was so clean. I will definitely be doing business with them again; I might see a Type R in my future...anyway, highly recommended!

Traded in my SUV and the offer was a decent one. The process was extremely transparent and hassle free. Gerald and Joubert were quite helpful in process of getting me into my new car. They actually listen to the customer's needs and are willing to meet you where you are. I unreservedly recommend anyone who wants to take their business to this dealership.

The Service advisor Dylan as well as their parts department helped me out when I lost my key to my car, they were Efficient and fast. I’ll be back with my other Honda’s as this will be my dealer now.
