★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived at Auburn Landing for 1 year... aesthetically pleasing to the eye however cheap appliances and cabinetry. Rent is expensive (more than a mortgage) for living out in the boonies. Windows are not sound proof AT ALL. They took $160 from my deposit for "cleaning" (i lived in a 1 bedroom) when i moved out... I'm sorry but that's ridiculous! One of the charges was $10 because of "slight" dust on the baseboards in laundry room... please! I would not recommend this property. And the "incentives"... won't even go there.
UPDATE (Sept. 2020): After I wrote the review... I was contacted by their Head Office saying that they would "investigate" why such amounts were deducted. A few days later... got a call back saying that there was nothing they could do about the charges removed from my deposit... I said "that's too bad, I would have liked to change my online rating." Their response... nothing. Waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience with the move. We just came from another province and I cannot even describe how helpful Kate was with everything since the beginning. Here, we met Fenil that is always super kind and ready to help us with no matter what. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes it's a great building,good people, safe. But the constant what feels like once a month staff needing access to my suite for somthing i never initiated gets old fast. And I'm sure the fire alarm works amazing and dosent need to be tested every month. If your someone who likes to move in and then be left alone in peace and quiet not the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love living here at Auburn Landing! The staff is amazing - they are always super accommodating and quick to respond to any issues we experience. I love the heated underground parking - never have to clean off the windshield in the mornings!! Also, the free events every month are great. There is such a strong sense of community here. Many of my neighbours have become great friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time renting in 15 years and it was a terrible experience. I had recently moved out of this building, lived here for only 3 months. Moving in was very disorganized with the office loosing our forms multiple times. We were promised a second paid parking stall which we were never given as they had then realized that parking was already full AFTER we moved in. Not a huge deal. 2 months in they realized that my dog was a restricted breed for the building and so we were then asked to leave! I had submitted my pet forms twice in the beginning since the first time they lost it, and then they suddenly claimed to have never even received it at all... and realized 2 months in??? Because of their mistake, I then had to look for dog boarding for a month as well as look for another location for myself and my roommate to move into, pack up again, paid for movers again etc. People in the office were... nice, I suppose, but in the end we had to change our lives around due to their incompetencies. If you choose to live here I suggest you make sure your getting what your promised and make sure your pet is welcomed because if you don't, they wont either. As well this building is over priced and not sound proof at all, constant kids screaming and running through the halls... and they definitely need to be more on top of maintenance as there is always dog urine, blood, stool, litter that would sit for days in the hallways and staircase. Always over flowing dumpsters, I might have seen it not over flowing once in 3 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auburn Bay Landing is a great place to live. The people in the leasing office and the maintenance staff were all very friendly and helpful in the 3 years I lived there. The buildings are kept very clean. The ability to contact a live person in management 24/7 is exceptional.
Boardwalk has been great to deal with and if someday I move from my new house back to an apartment, I’ll probably check out Boardwalk first.
