β β β β β During quarantine condo management decided to have two water shut-offs to perform testing. So when people had no choice but to be at home there was no water.
Very noisy... can hear neighbours through the walls very easily. Elevators are shut down often.
Built poorly. Not good if you like peace and quiet. Bad choice for families and seniors.
