★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital experience ever. My daughter is on iv antibiotics, couldn’t keep anything down including pain meds. Went in with a 2.5 hour wait time. She was so weak she couldn’t walk. I couldn’t stay with her due to COVID. At 4.5 hours she hadn’t even been able to get anyones attention to help her to the washroom. I’d like to say that we left against medical advice but no one even noticed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a relatively new and well equipped hospital and a great place to go for regular checkups. But never for an emergency! I took a toddler for emergency at midnight and had to wait till 8:30 in the morning just to see a doctor. A wait time of 8.5 hours at emergency unit is just ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just needed a blanket. I was so cold. I asked and asked but no one gave me a blanket.
I appreciate what the health care professionals have done during the pandemic but my nurse was so disconnected- she didn’t even treat me like a human.
On the plus side, my doctor was full of heart.

I've had three emergent surgeries here since 2019 and I've always had a good experience with staff despite being so sick and needing to be there. Just had my daughter there 3 weeks ago and the private rooms are perfect for privacy and peace and quiet. We had great doctors and nurses too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were lucky to get there when we did about an hour wait. The ER was super Dr Catherine Broward and Nurse Christine absolutely fantastic taking care of my mom! Had exrays and blood work done prompt results were taken with care! Nurse Barrett and Night Nurse Stephanie were so kind as well! Shout out to everyone else that were so gracious! Ruth you were the sweetest ? They all work hard, most respect and appreciation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I have never written a review for any business or establishment. But this hospital is absolutely horrible, in terms of respect the nurses have none of it, and all of them continuously give you dirty looks. In all honesty this might be one of the newest hospitals but their emergency department is a joke. My mother suffers from severe depression and they made us wait longer than 6 HOURS! Mind you the room when we came in was full. Everyone got seen and we are still waiting. Then the room gets filled another time and it empties out and still we are waiting. I will never use this hospital ever again I don’t care if it’s close to my house. Anything to not deal with the absolute horrendous service. And Sad to see I’m not the only one who had this experience. Honestly drive the extra 5-10 minutes it’s worth it to not have to deal with this emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Emergency Department. Had my mother sit there from 11am until 9pm - wanted her to wait longer. She was not allowed to leave without losing her spot. Could not eat, nor drink water. When she finally was seen doctor wanted to redo a test that she had already done prior to her visit, and was recommended that she go to the emergency department. Do the doctors even look at their patients charts? Or is this another case of male doctors refusing to take their female patients’ pain seriously. Utterly ridiculous. Nursing staff was also entirely unhelpful. I have a lot of respect for our doctors and nurses, especially when they are forced to work during a pandemic. And I understand that they are short staffed. But to be denied your basic needs with threats that your wait will begin all over again if you attempt to meet your own needs is ridiculous. To have someone sitting and waiting for nine effing hours is ridiculous. To be rude to your patience and disregard their concerns, needs and care is ridiculous. I am so disgusted at the horrendous level of patient care at this location. If you need to visit the hospital, don’t visit this one. They will do everything in their power from giving you patient care.
