★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most poorly managed building I ever seen! Snow storms or heavy snowfalls there is no property management to be seen to clear entrances or sidewalks for emergency purposes or for the owners of the condos who pay condo fees! Owners who rent out their units have people renting them who have kids running and shouting and playing in the halls, people moving in and out at all hours constantly, the building is a circus. Low income sketchy buildings are ran better than this new Condo building. HER Property Management is a terrible property management company. Theses photos were taken at 10:45 am.
