★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I moved into Legacy September 1, 2018. We're in a top floor corner-suite in a very comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom flat which has 2 full bathrooms.
Underground parking is available along with a surface lot.
There is also a great private gym on the main level available to tenants which is well equipped.
It has been a while since we've lived in an apartment and were a bit skeptical but we have both been very pleased with our experience at Legacy .
The common areas are spacious, well lit and very secure. Our neighbours are friendly and seem to be as happy as we are with the facilities, the service personnel and the great onsite Legacy administration team.
If you are looking for an upscale rental experience you really should give Legacy Place a try - and if you do, tell them Bill sent you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in building 5000 and I am very disappointed. The hallway carpet is disgusting with huge stains. The lobby has dried food all over the area rug. It smells like pot everyday I walk out of my door. There is litter always left around the buildings and I cannot wait until my lease is up to move on Legacy is a beautiful area but this feels like living in low income housing where no one cares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful luxury suites with different floor plans to choose from. We love our new place. Sarah was a delight to deal with, great communication and very accommodating. The incentives they offer are amazing. I would highly recommend renting at Legacy Place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is the honest truth about this place. Horrible management, horrible living conditions and no enforcement of rules. They use the cheapest companies to do any of the maintenance required to keep the place up. Do not look at the 5 star reviews to make your decision on living there: I have caught some names that are actually staff from Carlisle including Jeff Klapstein the Vice-President of Finance for the company who has left 5 star reviews for all their rental units across the province, mentioning that he lived in them and how great they all were. All the reviews were posted on the same date, so....surprising that he would live in all properties at once. Anyways, I reported them and Google removed them thank goodness, so do not believe the 5 star reviews as they must be fake as well! I could go on and on about how they do not do any upkeep and any fixes in a timely manner, I have spoken to many other tenants that are not happy with the way things are being handled. Thankfully, we had a way out of this miserable place, not all do. Just do not make the mistake we did and rent there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful place to live for. We had a lovely view of mountains from balcony. During our stay we had many managers come and go and some laziest and ones who don't know how to speak nicely such as Marianne. But 'Sarah' the current property manager is best, so hard working and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems beautiful when you go to look at the apartments.
When you move in though, they stop caring. It took around 4 months to get our dryer fixed (broken when we moved in and was told it would be replaced quickly). Same as a drawer in the kitchen.
And getting electrical fixed, you're better off calling a contractor yourself. 3 times, first to fix our washroom (2 weeks after) somehow blew the power in another room.
Hopefully your neighbors are quiet. Since management doesn't seem to overly care that your neighbors are extremely loud as you can hear all their yelling and stomping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place to live in! Management never answers the phone...you pretty much have to stalk them if you want an answer on anything. They drag their feet on any complaint. It took 3 weeks to get our fridge repaired when it broke down. We literally had to use a cooler filled with ice to keep our food in. Multiple complaints about cockroaches, the only thing they do is a visual inspection and place some traps...no treatment for surrounding units! Moved out of this place and they initially tried to charge me for a full month's rent even though they had rented my unit to someone else for the same month. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
