★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This builder does not stand behind their product. I purchased a unit that has had builder warranty issues that were documented within the first year and the issue has never been resolved. I have been told to contact the property management company and have them deal with structural issues. I hired someone myself to fix the problem, and was told that they did not use the right materials which explains why my door was falling off. Poor service, poor property locations and poor quality products. Save your money and do your research before purchasing any of their Copperfield Park properties (start by reading other warranty complaints for BRAD REMINGTON HOMES LTD. at the Better Business Bureau).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mom Approved! I cannot say enough good things about the positive experience my daughter had in purchasing her first home (condo) with Brad Remington Homes. From the moment she first entered the show suite, through the offer and purchase process, the selection of add-ons, home inspection and warranty inspections, our 24 year old daughter has been treated respectfully and as a much valued customer. Especially speaking to the warranty process there was no issue that was too small to be taken care of to the homeowners satisfaction. The efficiency, professionalism and positive attitudes of the warranty coordinator and all the tradesmen was amazing! Kara wasn't satisfied until our daughter was satisfied. From a mom's perspective it was absolutely amazing and wonderful to see this team of people make the life-changing home purchase a reality for my daughter. Thank you Brad Remington Homes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away at all costs. I bought a unit in Legacy Park 2 years ago. All was going well until the pipes started making a loud banging noise whenever i ran my bathroom taps. The unit below complained of the noise, Brad Remington sent plumbers to see what could be done. I was open at first and willing to work with them to fix the issue, but after 4 months of appointments with the plumbers and several meetings with a rep from Brad Remington promising that the issue would be resolved, nothing is fixed and it has been a complete waste of my time. Its in fact worse for me now after all that has been done, with an additional noise everytime the unit above me runs their water. I now have to put up with that, while also still dealing with the original issue of the plumbing making large noises whenever I run my own taps. STAY AWAY, this company is a joke.

They made the entire process seamless and stress-free right from putting the condo on hold through until we moved in. I am very impressed with the quality of products that they use; we hardly had any warranty submissions after one year other than settlement, which is completely normal for a new build. The whole team made us feel appreciated and they were excited for us, which made the entire experience more enjoyable :) Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased a condo at Sage Hill Park and I can honestly say it was an excellent experience from when we walked through the doors at the sales center to signing the purchase contract. We couldn't believe how affordable these condos are!! Josh and Vivian at the sales center were incredibly welcoming and gave us as much information as possible about the development. Bryan, the sales manager, took the time to explain the purchase agreement word by word and made sure that all our questions were answered. His sense of humor, kindness and patience made us feel very comfortable.
Brad Remington really does focus on great quality, affordability and excellent customer service. I would recommend Remington Homes to anyone any time!

I have emailed their general "info" email and their "warranty" email each week for close to a month and have not even received an acknowledgement from them. I have a warranty issue that requires resolution or even guidance on a material to use. I would not recommend purchasing. Their trade partners are not held accountable for poor work. I live in a past project and all 6 buildings (5 years old at the time) required the replacement of every single hot water riser. Clearly a trade defect and resulted in an expensive special assessment. This is unrelated to my issues with their lack of response to the multiple emails I have sent to their various email addresses. Buyer beware for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Litter, garbage, cunstruction debris all blowing into the adjacent natural space. This builder is unresponsive to their email when I've asked for an ETA for a clean up crew.
This builder likes to promote their property by advertising its proximity to the natural space behind it with a creek that runs past walking paths. However they're neglecting their responsibility as a developer to clean up after themselves. Isulation and plastic debris is blowing from the construction site into the creek and harming the water system.
Since they are ignoring their info email, I've had to contact bylaw to address the issue. If you value integrity, consider buying from a different builder.
