Walden Place by Cardel Lifestyles - Calgary

Cardel, in particular the Walden Place group, is an amazing group to work with. Purchasing my first home was scary but they were always there to answer any and all questions. They were so great to work with that my mom bought a condo as well and I'm looking at moving up and into a townhouse now. I don't think I could go with anyone but Cardel in the future based off my experience with Walden Place.

The best sales staff around. So professional, no pressure sales, friendly, quick to respond, very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I had such a good experience I purchased my condo and moved in less than a month. I highly recommend Walden Place it’s just a great place to call home.

We are purchasing a townhome in Walden Place and I can definitely recommend this place and the staff that works there. They have been very helpful and compromised with us giving us the best customer serve experience throughout the entire process. Also they offer so many options to choose from in terms of design and appliances for upgrades. Compared with a lot of competitors this one has been the best option so far in price and quality. I purchased my home with Brad & Mel and the level of customer service was amazing. They made the buying process very easy and stress-less. I had a very pleasant experience buying a condo with Cardel Builder ( so lucky to have picked Cardel). I really want to thank the team (Brad & Melanie) who were so great and helpful in the the whole process as this was my very first home purchase. The sales team of Melanie and Brad made the purchasing of my first condo so easy and always made time to answer my many pertinent and silly questions. Once I moved in the site supervisors and manager were great answering any questions I had as well as providing a thorough walk through and explanation of my unit's features. I choose Cardel because of the reputation they have held for years, and I was not disappointed. Very happy customer.

I loved every step of the process at Walden Place. I never felt pressured but there was always someone willing to answer questions through the purchase process. I love that the standard things like appliances and flooring are so high quality and better than most other places I was looking. The team has been great with warranty repairs in the first year of living here. I highly recommend you come check them out and look forward to meeting you as my neighbour!

I think Walden Place has a great value. They provide great quality of products and service. Home's basic materials are much better than other competitors, of course I upgraded some parts and love it. I really like the open style kitchen and living room, and double vanity ensuite bathroom. In my research, not many builders provide a bigger bathroom than mine surprisingly. I was also surprised by the fact that Walden Place's condo plans are actually more organized and cleaner than higher price range of some stacked style townhomes. I have had few minor things to concern when I purchased my unit. First one was the size of parking lot, second one was noise isolation and last one was the lack of guest parking lots because I saw some people complained about these. Yes, having only one parking lot is downside of having a condo unit. If possible, get 2 parking lots for your family or future car. However, it is just a general disadvantage of buying a condo, not only Walden Place. I measured parking lot's size and it is completely okay. Noise isolation issue can be different by cases. However, I don't have any noise level problems in my unit. Interesting thing is that I can hear many sounds from other units in the hallway, but it is really quite once I am in the unit. I haven't heard any single footstep sound yet. Guest parking lots are enough so far since there aren't many guests yet. Overall, I recommend to go for checking if you are looking for a modern, functional and worthy place.
