Leasing manager Jen is very welcoming and smiley initially but when you have a problem she is not supportive and almost verablly aggressive. They take no responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved in a few months back and my experience so far as been impressive. I reached out to view an apartment for rent and was responded to quickly by Jen. From the time of seeing the apartment to having it leased with a move in date scheduled took roughly 2.5 hours. If that’s not great service I don’t know what is! Jen was very responsive and friendly and the online leasing process was simple and efficient. Leading up to my move and to this day, Jen has been so helpful with responding to all my questions, actioning requests quickly and solving any issues. Unsupportive and verbally aggressive couldn’t be further from the truth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been living here for 4 months and it has been fantastic. The building is safe and clean, in a lovely neighborhood, within walking distance to all key amenities. The building manager Jennifer is so nice and welcoming, and very helpful and responsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jen and Kira the leasing manager here at The Level has been so welcoming when I first came a year ago. My roommate and I rented together for a year. Now I’m moving into my own place. Jen made it super easy and affordable for me. I have a large dog which most places don’t accept. Great location. Upcoming area. Beautifully designed apartments nice size balconies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst rental contract in existance. No month to month contracts. Had to negotiate hard to get month to month after living there for more than a year which would allow me to move into my house. They charge you 150% of your rent if you do not give them 60 days notice on whether or not you are renewing your lease with them. $175 for above ground parking living on the outskirts of the city. Heaters were blasting heat on 30 deg days, I had to do multiple service calls to get this fixed. Building shifted and cracked all down the wall by the picture window in my apartment. They tried to not give me my damage deposit within the 10 days specifed by law.
