Particularly Ashley was accommodating with her time and patience since I was not from the area. I am thrilled with the condo design and the quality of construction. The attention to details in the aesthetic gives the place a very "home" feel. Would defiantly recommend to friends and family.

We chose Rohit Communities as the prices were good, had a great reputation and quality seemed top-notch. Now, 6 months later, we are closing on our purchases and it's been an absolute pleasure working with Rohit and its team on our first (& definitely not the last) properties in Calgary! They stuck to the schedule and quality that they had promised and delivered us beautiful homes. The entire process leading up to the finish line, they have been easy to work with, informative and very helpful considering we are in difference provinces. They gave us virtual tours throughout the process! Special shout outs to these guys: Ron Palmer, Sales - Picks up my calls even before and/or after his office hours and has been tremendously helpful guiding us through the sales process and even after closing with questions about utilities, etc.. Leanne Korczak, Construction – She provides pun-filled construction updates, and just like Ron, picks up any time I call to provide assistance. There was also Jesse Parmar & Connor Derksen who provided excellent virtual and in-person walkthroughs respectively! By far the best home purchasing experience I've had.
