Auburn Rise by Logel Homes - Southeast Calgary

When Linda and I decided the time had come to downsize from our large home in Chestermere to a Condo the first consideration was location. This is where Auburn Rise met all our needs as it is conveniently located within walking distance to all the amenities, including a private lake. Next we needed to find a plan that worked for us and Logel Homes offered a wide variety of floor plans making a choice easy. Even though we were downsizing with the awesome designs available we had no difficulty choosing one that met all our needs without compromising what was important to us. Logel Homes also provides all the necessary features to make our condo uniquely ours which included much of what our existing large home had and all in a smaller well-designed condo. Logel Homes also listened and accommodated us on individual requests we much appreciated. Then there was the sales team of Judy, Melissa and Scott that helped us through the transition making it seem effortless. Judy was very respectful of our situation and needs showing us what was available and leading us through the entire sales process. Never did we feel pressured or intimidated. They were there every step of the way and listened to all our needs and offered positive solutions. Melissa was most accommodating when we needed to confirm sizes or revisit the show suites to confirm furniture sizes and design features. Scott was particularly obliging and provided excellent assistance when we were making the finishing choices. Finally on the walk through and the big day when we took possession our condo was spotless and the Logel Team explained all the features and workings of our new condo in complete detail.

Sales team at Auburn Rise went above and beyond to guide us through the sales process. Judy (sales manager) is awesome and helpful. Her team Scott and Melissa real professionals and know their product well. They all helped us to solve some minor issues with our unit before move in day. Their customer service not ended with a move in. Every time we have questions they are happy to help us out. Thank you!

Absolutely love our new condo! The quality of workmanship is superb. One of the outstanding features of Logel Homes is their " award winning fresh-air intake system that allows better indoor air quality and air-flow" throughout. We have lived in condos built by a variety of builders and believe me, the air circulation is poor! This feature alone makes this builder outstanding. To us, air flow and temperature control matters and it makes a tremendous difference. The entire sales team were extremely helpful, patient and supportive. We chose to upgrade a few features even though the standards were more than satisfactory! We were very happy with our choices and thanks to a highly competent team Judy, Scott and Mellisa our condo turned out to be truly awesome! Any questions we had during the building process were promptly answered. We really appreciated the updates along the way, which really said a lot about how importantly they view their customers/clients/buyers. We are completely satisfied with our condo, and without hesitation highly recommend Logel Homes/Auburn Rise. The followup by the builder at 1 month, 6 months and 1 year gives us peace of mind - that if something isn't quite right they will attend to it. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance and the lake of course is beautiful.
