They walked me through the process and made sure i understood everything i was agreeing to. Would recommend Brookfield Residential to all my family and friends.

I have left voice mail. No one call back. Developer is not concerned about the residents. They are just for business. I am asking for a Tree as promised when we purchased home and no one is getting back to us. I would avoid buying home in future in Brookfield community better be in Mahogany.

Nothing but issues throughout our build, house built off the wrong plans at the first walk through, thousands added to our bill (which we caught right before possession) 2 weeks after possession we had a water leak in the basement causing damage to the bedroom and bathroom! (Tub/shower drain was not connected properly) Brookfield will not come in and make the required repairs because they claim their trades are not doing house calls. I have a tenant renting this unit who is very upset this happened in a brand new house and Brookfield will not come fix it until it is convenient for them which will be well over a month. My tenant now has to live in here with carpet torn out, holes in the drywall and baseboards torn out. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT build with Brookfield

We are so happy of our choice of builder! The brookfield team is great and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase any home. The community is really just a bonus compared to having been able to deal with all the nice and lovely people at Brookfield seton! I would also like to commend Matt who also did our walk through! He did such an awesome job and made it really really easy for us, giving us pointers, and what to look for--he basically pointed out everything that can be improved in the house (it was already almost perfect)! We originally stopped in as a curiosity which we do a lot with show-homes. The wife and I were always on the lookout for a nice pie-lot for us and our dogs and we it just so happened that Seton had exactly what we were looking for, plus more. Nada made the process of buying our first house an absolute breeze. She was always prompt with responses to our ( Sometimes silly ) questions. We were always greeted with a smile and I cannot count how many times we were told "Don't worry, I will take care of it". Not only did our family get our dream house ( Belvedere 3 ) on a gorgeous lot, we also gained, what I would like to think is a life-long friend.
