★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would be very cautious before building a Cardel Lifestyles property. We thought they would be a better choice compared to their competitors because of their reputation. Fast forward 10 years after we built, the property they developed in Panorama has an ~$6million lawsuit due to poor building quality. Furthermore, as soon as the development is completed, Cardel dissolves their shell company they created for the development and washes their hands of any of the issues that arise after the fact. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Mark and Sarah were very helpful to us from the beginning. They were very knowledgeable and provided all the information we needed. They always welcomed us dropping into the sales centre throughout the process and answered any questions we had.
They were very professional and we would highly recommend them in this regard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor FSR property management in regards to compliance with tenant requests. Excellent quality condos by Cardel with the exception of improvements post ownership, as Cardel does not complete all requests provided by owners.
