Still he would not listen. And then hung up.
He was on speaker phone and people were shocked at his rudeness.
Go somewhere else.
I reply to the response of this Commissioner of Oaths.
As per witnesses, I demanded nothing.
The website states "We can swear/affirm your documents, such as: Affidavits and Statutory Declarations, Insurance Forms, Passport Forms...".
My estate representative listed a Commissioner of Oaths as acceptable.
I simply was asking for help.
I only ask that I be treated with respect and kindness.
