★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assured Leaside repaired my Mazda 3 after a collision. The people I dealt with at Assured Leaside were professional and friendly. It was a painless experience. I also asked the person inspecting my vehicle about an unrelated area of small damage. He gave me a very knowledgeable opinion that I appreciated very much. I highly recommend Assured Leaside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this location twice. The first experience was really great. I was served by a very friendly gentleman, the service was quick and my car looked just as new after the collision repair they did. The 2nd time I was here was the opposite experience! I had some storm damage on my car and came here to get repaired. The results just didn't seem the greatest to me. After leaving the shop with my 'repaired' vehicle, I went to the gas station and my gas cap was missing. Easily replaceable but just left me feeling uneasy. The repairs were my windshield and small dent on the opposite side on the car (nothing to do with my gas cap/tank or anywhere near there.) The other thing was that I was left with a gash in my dashboard from the windshield being replaced! When I notified them, a guy (may have been the manager) came out to my car and took pictures and apologized. He said that they would call me and still nothing has been done. Such a disappointing experience. I won't be coming back to this shop and I definitely do not recommend anyone else getting service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a great job on the car, but I felt extremely uncomfortable inside their shop because staff had no masks on and we have in a 6th wave of COVID!!!
Although it’s not required by law to wear a mask inside anymore, which is crazy, many people are and because I am high risk, I just feel more comfortable when people are wearing them inside. This was a very uncomfortable experience for me.
